    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan belajar dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survey eksplanatori dengan teknik analisis data yaitu Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 791 siswa dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 267 siswa yang terdiri dari Kelas XI IIS SMA Swasta di Kabupaten Subang. Teknik penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan melalui metode stratified random sample. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel lingkungan belajar, motivasi belajar, dan variabel hasil belajar berada pada kategori tinggi. Adapun hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa lingkungan belajar berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Ekonomi. Variabel lingkungan belajar berpengaruh negatif dan variabel motivasi belajar berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Ekonomi.;--- The aims of this research is to determine the effect of learning environment and learning motivation towards the students learning outcomes. The method in this research is eksplanatory survey and used Multiple Linear Regression Analysis techniques. The population in this study were 791 students with a total sample of 267 students at XI IIS private senior high school in Subang regency. Sample determination technique in this research is done through stratified random sample method. The population was 791 students at XI IIS private senior high school in Subang regency with sample using stratified random method. The fundings of this research show that: learning environment, learning motivation, and learning outcomes are in high category. And the conclusion is learning environment has a positive effect on student learning motivation in economics subject, learning environment has a negative effect and learning motivation has positive effect on students learning outcomes in economics subjects.
