    Abstract

    Fenomena tingginya angka kemiskinan dan rendahnya IPM di Jawa Barat
    merupakan permasalahan yang selalu dikaitkan dengan kesejahteraan
    dalam
    menilai keberhasilan pembangunan di suatu
    daerah. Di sisi lain, adanya potensi
    zakat sebagai
    instrumen keuangan publik Islam yang memiliki peranan penting
    dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan ummat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk
    mengetahui dampak pendayagunaan zakat produktif terhadap kesejahteraan
    mustahik berdasarkan
    maqashid syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer
    dengan wawancara melalui kuesioner di tiga wilayah yaitu Kota Bandung,
    Kabupaten Bandung dan Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Variabel yang digunakan
    dalam penelitian ini yaitu jumlah zakat produktif, pendampingan usaha dan
    kesejahteraan
    mustahik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey eksplanatori
    dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sementara populasi penelitian sebanyak 1581
    orang dan sampel yang diambil sebanyak 100 responden mustahik MiSykat DPU
    DT Bandung dengan
    teknik
    purposive sampling.
    Berdasarkan analisis regresi
    linier berganda dengan
    Eviews9 menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan bersama-sama jumlah zakat produktif dan pendampingan usaha berpengaruh positif
    signifikan terhadap
    pendapatan
    mustahik sebesar 59,48%.
    Adapun gambaran
    kesejahteraan spiritual mustahik sudah cukup baik,
    yang
    ditandai dengan adanya
    rutinitas bersedekah setiap hari dan meninggalkan transaksi ribawi.
    Dengan
    demikian, pendayagunaan zakat produktif melalui pendampingan usaha rutin
    dapat memperbaiki kondisi material maupun spiritual mustahik sehingga dapat
    mencerminkan
    kesejahteraan
    berdasarkan
    maqashid syariah.

    The phenomenon of high poverty and low HDI in West Java is a problem that has
    always been associated with well-being in assessing the success of the
    development in an area. On the other hand the existence of potential
    zakat
    as a public Islamic financial in
    struments has an important role in improving the
    welfare of the Muslims. This research aims to analyze the impact of utilization
    productive
    zakat against the welfare of mustahik based on
    maqasid shariah. The
    research
    using
    is
    primary data through intervie
    ws with questionnaires in three
    areas,
    namely Bandung, Bandung Regency
    and West Bandung Regency. The
    variables
    that
    used
    on this research are
    the amount of productive
    zakat,
    business
    mentoring
    and welfare
    of
    mustahik. This research us
    ed
    survey explanatory
    with
    the quantitative approach. While the population of the research as much as 1581
    people and samples taken as many as 100 respondents mustahik MiSykat DPU DT
    Bandung
    purposive sampling technique. Based on multiple linear regression
    analysis with Eviews9 shows that in the partial and together of zakat productive
    and influential business mentoring positive significantly to material welfare
    mustahik of 59.48%. In addition to that of the spiritual side of mustahik i.e. an
    increase in acts of worship such as
    the daily routine of giving charity, and
    toleave the
    usurioustransaction. Thus the
    utilization of productive
    zakat through
    mentoring in routine can improve the material and spiritual conditions of the
    mustahik so that it can reflect trends based on Isl
    amic Welfare.
