Abstract

Model pembelajaran berbasis produksi yang telah diterapkan sebelumnya belum mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas XI SMKN 4 Garut yang ditandai terdapatnya 47,65% siswa kelas XI yang memperoleh nilai dibawah KKM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keterlaksanaan sintak dan hasil belajar siswa pada aspek kognitif, afektif dan psikomotorik pada kompetensi dasar menerapkan prinsip pengolahan susu di kelas XI SMKN 4 Garut melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Modified PBT menggunakan bantuan modul praktikum. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan selama 3 siklus meliputi tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi pada setiap siklusnya. Keterlaksanaan proses pembelajaran diukur melalui lembar observasi keterlaksanaan model pembelajaran Modified PBT, dan hasil belajar siswa diukur melalui tes objektif (pre-test dan post-test), lembar observasi sikap dan lembar penilaian keterampilan siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Modified Production Based Training dengan bantuan modul praktikum terlaksana dengan sangat baik pada setiap sintaknya. Hasil belajar kognitif 33 siswa yang melebihi nilai KKM mengalami peningkatan dari siklus 1 sampai siklus 3 berturut-turut yaitu 73%, 97% dan 100%. Hasil belajar afektif terhadap 6 aspek (spiritual, disiplin, jujur, tanggung jawab, percaya diri dan sopan santun) mengalami peningkatan dari siklus 1 sampai siklus 3. Hasil belajar psikomotorik pada aspek persiapan kerja, proses kerja, hasil kerja;---In previous implementation of Production-based learning model for students of eleventh grade in SMKN 4 Garut has not been able to improve student learning outcomes. It is marked by 47.65% of them, who got scores under KKM. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of syntax and student learning outcomes on the aspects of cognitive, affective and psychomotor on basic competence to apply the principle of milk processing in the XI class of SMKN 4 Garut. This study was conducted using the application of Modified PBT learning model by the help of the experiment module. The method used in this study was Classroom Action Research (CAR), which carried out for 3 cycles. In each cycle consist of planning, implementation, observation and reflection phase. The implementation of the learning process was measured through an observation sheet of the Modified PBT model learning model, and student learning outcomes was measured by objective tests (pre-test and post-test), attitude observation sheet and student skills assessment sheet. The results showed that the application of Modified Production Based Training model with the help of the experimental module was performed very well on each syntax. The cognitive learning outcomes of 33 students, who got scores exceeded above KKM score have increased from cycle 1 to cycle 3, 73%, 97% and 100%, respectively. The results of affective learning on 6 aspects (spiritual, discipline, honest, responsibility, confidence and courtesy) have increased from cycle 1 to cycle 3. Psychomotor learning outcomes on aspects such as preparation, processing, result, attitude and timeliness practical work was categorized very good.
