    Abstract

    Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Pemberian Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Barat”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian kompensasi terhadap kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Barat. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada Pegawai Negeri Sipil yang berada di Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Barat. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 65 pegawai yang ada dalam unit kerja struktur organisasi lembaga dengan teknik pengambilan proposionsl random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode dekriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis diketahui terdapat pengaruh yang prositif dan signifikan antara pemberian kompensasi terhadap kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Barat dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,566; dengan nilai uji signifikasi sebesar 5,436 terbukti signifikan karena t_hitung (5,436)> t_(tabel ) (1,998); hasil perolehan analisis koefisien determinasi sebesar 31,9%, hal ini menggambarkan bahwa pengaruh pemberian kompensasi terhadap kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Barat sebesar 31,9% dan sisanya sebesar 68,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor seperti : Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, pengawasan pimpinan, dan lain sebagainya. Adapun persamaan regresi Y dan X adalah γ ̂ = 19,186 + 0,565 X. Hal tersebut membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara pemberian kompensasi terhadap kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Barat.;---This research entitled “Influence of Compensation toward Government Employees Performance at West Java Provincial Education Board”. The aims of research is to determine the effect of the compensation toward Government Employees performance at West Java Provincial Education Board. The research was conducted to government employees at West Java Provincial Education Board. The number of respondent in this research were 65 employees in the work of unit structure of the organization by making proportional random sampling technique. This research uses descriptive method with quantitative approach. Based on the result of hypothesis testing known to have positive and significant influence among the compensation toward of Government Employees performance at West Java Provincial Education Board with a correlation coefficient of 0,566; value of 5,436 significance test proved significant because t count (5,436) > t table (1,998); result of acquisition analysis of determination coefficient of 31,9% this case illustrated that compensation influence government employees performance at West Java Provincial Education Board was 31,9% and the remaining 68,1% in influenced by the other factors such as the leadership, motivation, supervision, etc. The regression equation of Y on X is γ ̂ = 19,186 + 0,565 X.. It is proved that there are significant positive and significant correlation between compensation toward Government Employees performance at West Java Provincial Education Board.
