Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan pembelajaran gambar teknik  di SMK Negeri 1 Sumedang yang difokuskan pada: 1) context meliputi  kesesuaian  materi pembelajaran dengan  Kurikulum 2013 gambar teknik. 2) input  meliputi klasifikasi guru pengampu mata pelajaran gambar teknik, minat siswa terhadap  mata pelajaran gambar teknik, ketersedian sarana dan prasarana praktik dalam mata pelajaran gambar teknik telah sesuai dengan yang kebutuhan. 3) process meliputi media  dan metode yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran gambar teknik.4) product meliputi pencapaian hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran gambar teknik Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi dengan menggunakan model CIPP (Context, Input,  Process  Product) yang dikembangkan oleh Stufflebeam. Penelitian dilakukan di SMK Negeri 1 Sumedang dari tanggal 1 Mei 2017 sampai dengan 30 Mei 2017. Populasi dalam penelitian ini siswa kelas X TPM yang mengikuti mata gambar teknik. Sampel dalam  penelitian ini adalah siswa X TPM sebanyak 2 kelas dengan metode evaluasi. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi,dokumentasi, angket dan tes. Hasil  penelitian  menyatakan  bahwa : 1). context meliputi materi yang digunakan telah sesuai dengan Kurikulum 2013 mata pelajaran gambar teknik, 2) input meliputi klasifikasi pendidikan terakhir guru pengampu adalah Sarjana sains terapan (D4)  jurusan  Teknik Mesin dengan pengalaman mengajar selama ± 30 tahun, minat siswa dalam pembelajaran gambar teknik masuk dalam kategori tinggi dan sarana dan prasarana yang tersedia secara umum belum cukup memadai untuk belajar dari beberapa aspek yang diamati. 3) process meliputi media dan metode yang digunakan guru untuk mengajar  selama KBM berlangsung untuk pembelajaran gambar teknik masuk dalam kategori baik.  4) product meliputi pencapaian hasil pembelajaran untuk kelas X TPM siswa masuk  dalam kategori sangat baik 12 orang dengan persentase 15,58%, kategori baik 65 orang dengan persentase 84,41%.

This research aim to evaluate execution of study of technical drawing in SMK Negeri 1 Sumedang focussed at: 1) context covers concordance of study matter with Kurikulum 2013 engineering drawings. 2) input covers classification of engineering drawing subject curator teacher, student enthusiasm to engineering drawing subject, ketersedian of facilities and basic facilities practice of in technical drawing subject has matching with the one which requirement. 3) process covers media and method applied in skill study of engineering drawings 4) product covers attainment result of student learning at study of this Penelitian engineering drawing is research of evaluation by using model CIPP ( Context, Input, Process Product) what developed by Stufflebeam. Research is done in SMK Negeri 1 Sumedang from date of 1 May 2017 up to 30 Mays 2017. Population in this research class student X TPM following engineering drawing ocular. Sample in this research is student X TPM counted 2 class with evaluation method. Data collecting applies interview method, observasi,dokumentasi, enquette and test. Result of research express that : 1). context covers matter applied has as according to Kurikulum 2013 engineering drawing subjects, 2) input covers classification of last education learned curator is Sarjana applied science ( D4) Mechanical engineering majors empirically teachs during ± 30 years, student enthusiasm in study of admission engineering drawing in categorizing available height and facilities and basic facilities in general have not yet enough is adequate to learn from some aspects observed. 3) process covers media and method applied by teacher to teach during KBM takes place for study of admission engineering drawing in categorizing good. 4) product covers attainment result of study for class X TPM admission student in categorizing very good 12 with percentage 15,58%, good category 65 with percentage 84,41%.
