Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui “Hubungan Kontrak Psikologis dengan Motivasi Kerja Driver Gojek (Studi Pada Driver Go-Jek Di Jakarta)”. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah probability sampling, yaitu pengambilan sampel yang diketahui jumlah probablilitas sampel yang akan diambil (Fraenkel, Walenn & Hyun,2012) dengan total jumlah sample sebesar 268 responden. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua variabel, yaitu kontrak psikologis dengan motivasi kerja. Untuk mengukur kontrak psikologis dalam penelitian ini mengunakan alat ukur yang disusun oleh Denise M. Rousseau (2000) yang di sebut dengan Psychological Contract Inventory (PCI). variabel kontrak psikologis (variable X) yang terdiri dari transactional (variabel X1), relational (variabel X2), balance (variabel X3), dan transitional (variabel X4) dan motivasi kerja mengunakan teori Integrated Model of Motivation, instrumen tersebut dinamakan The Motivation Assessment Invetory yang telah dikembangkan peneliti berdasarkan Kinlaw (1981) yaitu match, return, dan expectation. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan kontrak psikologis yang kuat pada kontrak psikologis balance dengan motivasi kerja, dan hubungan yang sedang pada kontrak psikologis relational dan transactional dengan motivasi kerja, dan hubungan yang rendah pada kontrak psikologis transtitional dengan motivasi kerja.;---The purpose of this study was aimed to see the relation of psychological contract with the motivation of work of Go-Jek driver (A study of Go-Jek driver in Jakarta). This study employed probability sampling technique. This technique enabled the researcher to know the number of probability in the sample (Fraenkel, Walenn & Hyun, 2012). This study took 268 respondents as a sample. This study consisted of two variables. They are psychological contract and the motivation of work. This study employed Psychological Contract Inventory (PCI) proposed by Denise M. Rosseau (2000) to measure the psychological contract. Four variables from PCI were used in this study to measure psychological contract variable (variable X): transactional (variable X1), relational (variable X2), balance (variable X3), and transitional (variable X4). This study also employed Integrated Model of Motivation to analyze the motivation of work variable. The Motivation Assessment Inventory instrument proposed by Kinlaw (1981) was used as an instrument for this study. It consisted of three aspects: match, return, and expectation. The findings of this study showed that there is a strong relation between balance psychological contract and the motivation of work, whereas a relation between relational and transactional psychological contract and the motivation of work is moderate, and the relation between transitional psychological contract and the motivation of work is weak.
