    Abstract

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah ingin mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh visual
    imagery dengan 3D virtual reality terhadap penurunan denyut jantung.
    Kelelahan atau daya tahan merupakan faktor yang menentukan seseorang
    terhenti dalam melakukan aktivitas fisik karena kepasitas kemampuan sudah
    maksimal dipakai. Dalam mempertahankan homeostasis, para pembina harus
    mengerti untuk mempergunakan teknik recovery sesuai kebutuhan atlet agar
    atlet memiliki kualitas performance yang baik. Sampel pada penelitian ini yakni
    atlet UKM Futsal UPI dengan jumlah sampel 10 orang. Metode penelitian ini
    menggunakan pretest posttest kontrol group design. Instrumen yang digunakan
    adalah Polar Heart Rate Monitor dan Cunningham and Faulkner Tes. Hasil
    yang diperoleh dari analisis statistika Paired Sample T Test pada kelompok
    eksperimen sig. p = 0.000 < 0.05 maka Ho ditolak, berarti terdapat perbedaan
    rata-rata denyut nadi setelah dan sebelum recovery visual imagery, pada
    kelompok kontrol sig. p = 0.000 < 0.05 maka Ho ditolak, berarti terdapat
    perbedaan rata-rata denyut nadi pretest dan posttest pada kelompok kontrol.
    Hasil yang diperoleh dari analisis Statistika Independent Sample T Test sig. p =
    0.441 atau 0.441 > 0.05 maka Ho diterima, berarti Tidak terdapat perbedaan
    rata-rata denyut nadi setelah dan sebelum recovery dengan visual imagery dan
    pasif recovery (kontrol), Jadi hasil penelitian ini adalah tidak terdapatnya
    pengaruh perlakuan visual imagery dengan 3D virtual reality terhadap
    penurunan denyut jantung.----------The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is influence visual
    imagery with 3D virtual reality to decrease heart rate. Fatigue or endurance is
    a factor that determines a person stops in doing physical activity because the
    capacity is maximal capacity used. In maintaining homeostasis, the coach
    must understand to use recovery techniques according to the athlete's needs
    for athletes to have good performance quality. The sample in this research is
    athletes of Futsal UPI SME with sample size 10 people. This research method
    uses pretest posttest control group design. The instruments used are Polar
    Heart Rate Monitor and Cunningham and Faulkner Tests. Results obtained
    from statistical analysis of Paired Sample T Test in the experimental group
    sig. P = 0.000 <0.05 then Ho is rejected, it means there is average difference
    of pulse after and before recovery visual imagery, in sig control group. P =
    0.000 <0.05 then Ho is rejected, meaning there is difference of mean of
    pretest and posttest pulse in control group. Results obtained from Statistical
    analysis of Independent Sample T Test sig. P = 0.441 or 0.441> 0.05 then Ho
    is accepted, means There is no difference in average pulse rate after and
    before recovery with visual imagery and passive recovery (control), So the
    result of this research is the absence of visual imagery treatment effect with
    3D virtual reality towards decreased heart rate.
