Abstract
Beragam rujukan konseptual dan faktual menunjukkan adanya penurunan secara tajam aktivitas jasmani di kalangan remaja, termasuk di Indonesia. Persoalan ini telah menjadi salah satu sebab munculnya masalah lain terkait dengan kasus-kasus penyakit tidak menular yang dipicu oleh kelebihan berat badan (obesitas). Dalam kaitan itu, tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji faktor-faktor penentu aktivitas jasmani remaja baik secara parsial maupun kolektif yang akan membantu para peneliti dalam merancang intervensi yang akan diterapkan untuk mengatasi penurunan aktivitas jasmani tersebut. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode deskriptif korelasional, teknik survey melalui kuesioner dan skala sebagai alat pengumpul data. Populasi yang diambil adalah siswa-siswi Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) kelas XI SeKota Bandung dengan sampel sebanyak 241 siswa yang tersebar dari empat SMA Negeri di Kota Bandung yaitu: SMA Negeri 4, 6, 12, dan 15. Sampel dipilih dan ditentukan menggunakan cluster random sampling, dan semua data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier dan berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan, semua variabel memberikan kontribusi terhadap perilaku aktivitas jasmani baik secara parsial maupun bersama-sama. Besaran kontribusi secara parsial adalah 11,7% untuk dukungan sosial, 7,2% untuk program pendidikan jasmani, dan 33,4% untuk efikasi diri, sedangkan secara bersama-sama memberikan kontribusi sebesar 35%.;---The various conceptual and factual references indicate that there is a decreasing of physical activity in adolescent age, including Indonesia. This issue has been a reason of the emergence of the other cases related to the diseases which is not contagious, it is caused by overweight (obesity). The aim of this research is to investigate the factors of adolescents physical activity partially or collectively which will help the researchers in designing the intervention that will be applied to solve the decreasing of the physical activity. This research was done using the correlation descriptive method, the research used the survey technique through the questionnaire and scale as the research instruments. The population was the students of Senior High School in the second grade, the total number of sample was 241 students consist of four school, namely: SMAN 4, 6, 12 and 15. This sample was chosen based on the cluster random sampling, and all of the data was analyzed using the double and linier regression analysis. The result showed that all variables gave the contribution through the behavior of physical activity partially or collectively. The contribution size partially is 11,7% for social support, 7,2% for physical activity programs and 33,4% for self-efficacy, while collectively they gave the contribution 35%.
