Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pemberdayaan Santri melalui Kegiatan Mentoring dalam Mewujudkan Perilaku Hidup Mandiri di Pondok Pesantren Daarul Muqorrobin (Studi pada Santri Pondok Pesantren Daarul Muqorrobin Bandung). Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh peserta didik, yang dalam hal ini santri sebagai subjek yang memperoleh pendidikan di Ponpes Daarul Muqorrobin ini begitu memiliki karakteristik kemandirian dalam perilaku keseharian mereka di pesantren, dan yang menjadi salah satu upaya Ponpes Daarul Muqorrobin ini dalam mewujudkan perilaku hidup mandiri yaitu dengan adanya kegiatan mentoring sebagai program penunjang kegiatan belajar mengajar santri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemberdayaan santri melalui kegiatan mentoring di Pondok Pesantren (Ponpes) Daarul Muqorrobin dari tahapan proses kegiatan mentoring, partisipasi santri, dampak kegiatan mentoring, serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat kegiatan mentoring. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara kepada 5 orang responden, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemberdayaan santri melalui kegiatan mentoring di Ponpes Daarul Muqorrobin ini terdiri dari tiga tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Adapun kesimpulan penelitian ini bahwa pemberdayaan santri melalui kegiatan mentoring di Ponpes Daarul Muqorrobin mampu mewujudkan perilaku hidup mandiri santri, baik kemandirian aspek emosi, perilaku maupun aspek nilai dalam kesehariannya. ;--- This study entitled "Empowering Students through Mentoring Activity in Creating Independent Living Behavior at boarding Daarul Muqorrobin (Study on Students Boarding School Daarul Muqorrobin Bandung). This research was motivated by learners, which in this case students as subjects who receive education in Ponpes Daarul Muqorrobin so has the characteristics of independence in the conduct of their daily lives at the school, and that became one of the efforts Ponpes Daarul Muqorrobin this in realizing the behavior of independent living that is with the activities of mentoring as a program supporting teaching and learning activities of students. This study aims to determine the empowerment of students through mentoring activities at boarding school (pesantren) Daarul Muqorrobin of process stages mentoring activities, the participation of students, the impact of mentoring activities, as well as the factors supporting and mentoring activities. The method used in this research using descriptive method with qualitative approach. The technique used for data collection using interviews with five respondents, observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the empowerment of students through mentoring activities Ponpes Muqorrobin Daarul consists of three stages of planning, implementation and evaluation. The conclusions of this study that the empowerment of students through mentoring activities in Ponpes Daarul Muqorrobin live independently is able to realize the behavior of students, either independence aspect of emotions, behaviors and values aspects of daily life.
