Abstract

Bendungan Jatigede merupakan bendungan tipe urugan batu (rockfill) dengan inti kedap. Initial impounding dilakukan setelah konstruksi selesai, kondisi bendungan ini mulai menerima gaya-gaya yang bekerja, hal tersebut perlu ditinjau karena stabilitas bendungan rentan mengalami kegagalan bukan pada waktu waduk penuh dalam kondisi steady seepage, tetapi hanya terisi sebagian pada masa initial impounding. Pengamatan rembesan, pergeseran, penurunan yang terjadi pada tubuh bendungan dilakukan dengan memasang instrumentasi berupa VW Piezometer dari bagian upstream sampai downstream, V-Notch Weir, Inclinometer dan Settlement Meter. Dari hasil pemodelan Plaxis 8.6 dan SEEP/W debit rembesan masing-masing 1,07 lt/detik dan 3,31 lt/detik untuk MAW +241 m. Nilai penurunan dilihat dari awal pengisian air waduk pada tanggal 31 Agustus 2015 hingga elevasi air mencapai +250 m yang terjadi hanya sebesar 0,003 m pada plate magnet M 9, M 11, M 14 dan M 17. Penurunan dengan FEM di core pada elevasi MAW +241 m adalah 0,0062 m dan mengalami penurunan kembali sebesar 0,00591 m ketika elevasi mencapai MAW +250 m. Nilai pergeseran terbesar untuk kondisi initial impounding berdasarkan hasil pemodelan FEM adalah 0,06696 m, sedangkan berdasarkan pemantauan dengan inclinometer pergeseran terbesar yaitu 0,04847 m pada VC 1. Faktor keamanan saat initial impounding dengan pemodelan menggunakan program FEM sebesar 1,7593 dan 1,7406. Sedangkan faktor keamanan terbesar pemodelan SLOPE/W sebesar 2,15. ;--- Jatigede Dam is a rockfill dam with impermeable vertical core. Initial impounding begin after construction is completed, this condition dam began to accept forces that working, it needs to be reviewed because the dam stability is risk of failure not when it fully charged in steady seepage condition, but when reservoir in half condition or less on the initial impounding. Observations of seepage, displacement and settlement in the main dam by putting instruments like VW piezometers that settled from upstream to downstream, V-Notch Weir, Inclinometer and Settlement Meter. From modelling results by using Plaxis 8.6 and SEEP/W, each seepage discharge is 1.07 l/s and 3.31 l/s for SWL +241 m. Settlement Meter recording settlement value from August 31, 2015 when initial impounding SWL reach elevation +250 m, that occurs only 0,003 m on M9, M11, M14 and M17 plate magnet's. Settlement value with modelling by FEM in core clay at elevation of +241 m is 0.0062 m and settlement again 0,00591 m when elevation reaches MAW +250 m. Shear value for initial impounding condition by modelling FEM is 0,06696 m, but based on monitoring by inclinometer largest shear value is 0,04847 m at VC 1. Dam stability when initial impounding with program modelling FEM that is 1,7593 and 1,7406. The largest safety factor with program modelling SLOPE/W is 2,15.
