Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi kecemasan pria homoseksual mengenai masa depan bidang pernikahan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain fenomenologi. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah tiga orang gay. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan melalui teknik in-depth interview dan anecdotal record yang dianalisis dari sebuah hasil pencatatan open axial coding. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa BJ mengalami kecemasan karena adanya tuntutan keluarga untuk menikahi lawan jenis. TM dan AM mencemasan respon penolakan keluarga terhadap pernikahan sesama jenis. Bentuk kecemasan yang dirasakan responden yaitu secara kognitif dan afektif. Ketiga orang responden menggunakan strategi koping yang bertujuan untuk mengurangi kecemasan. Kata Kunci : Kecemasan, masa depan bidang pernikahan, pria homoseksual This research is intended to explore future orientation on marriage from homosexual man. Ths research used qualitative and phenomenologycal design. The respondents of this research is three gays. Data in this research is collected with in-depth interview technique and anecdotal record wich has been analyzed from an open axial coding. The result of the research shows that BJ feel anxiety because of demands of his family to marry opposite-sex. TM and AM feel anxiety because their family will reject same-sex marriage. Forms of anxiety felt by the respondents, cognitive and affective. The third of the respondents use a coping strategy to reduce anxiety.
