Abstract
Pada mata kuliah keahlian pengawasan mutu mahasiswa diharapkan mampu memahami konsep, cara pengawasan dan pengendalian serta manajemen mutu makanan berdasarkan undang-undang atau peraturan yang berlaku di industri pangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh mata kuliah pengawasan mutu bidang keamanan pangan di Program Studi Pendidikan Teknologi Agroindustri terhadap pelaksanaan praktek industri di industri pangan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil dari mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Teknologi Agroindustri yang sudah melaksanakan peraktek industri pada bidang pengawasan mutu yang berjumlah sebanyak 20 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kontribusi mata kuliah pengawasan mutu terhadap pelaksanaan peraktek industri sebesar 4,2%. Sedangkan 95,8% perubahan lainnya berasal dari faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian. Hasil persamaan regresi linier sederhana yaitu Y = 140,357 + 0,694X, menunjukan terdapat pengaruh antara mata kuliah pengawasan mutu di Program Studi Pendidikan Teknologi Agroindustri terhadap pelaksanaan peraktek industri di industri pangan. ; In lecture expertise for quality supervision students is expected to understanding the concept of, way supervision and control and quality management food based on the act or regulations in effect in food industry. The research is research descriptive with the quantitative approach. Sample in this research taken of the students course of study education technology agroindustry already implement practice the industry in of supervision the quality of the total about 20 people. The result of this research showed that contribution lecture for quality supervision with the implementation of the practice industry 4,2 %. While 95,8 % change other derived from the other factors that aren t pursuing in research. The results of the regression equation is linear simple namely Y= 140,357+0,694X, show is the between lecture for quality supervision in a program study education technology agroindustry with the implementation of the practice in the food industry.
