Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai pengaruh mutu layanan KKN terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa UPI tahun 2015. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia yang mengikuti program KKN (Kuliah Kerja Nyata) tahun 2015 sebanyak 3.775 orang, dan untuk sampel berjumlah 98 mahasiswa yang dihitung menggunakan teknik Probability Sampling melalui Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling atau sampel acak dengan stratifikasi. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan Weight Means Score (WMS), gambaran umum variabel X (Mutu Layanan KKN) berada pada kategori baik dengan skor rata-rata 2,64. Sementara gambaran umum variabel Y (Kepuasan Mahasiswa) berada pada kategori baik, dengan skor rata-rata 2,74. Korelasi variabel X dan Y memiliki hubungan yang signifikan. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,671 yang ada pada kategori kuat dan signifikan, dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 45%, serta hasil analisis regresi yaitu Y ̂=15,513+0,671X yang bersifat signifikan dan linier. Kesimpulan penelitian menyatakan mutu layanan KKN berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa UPI tahun 2015. ;---This research service titled “Influence the Quality of Community Work to the Satisfaction of Students University of Education Indonesia 2015”. The issues discussed in this research involves community work service quality and its impact on student satisfaction University of Education Indonesia 2015. The research conducted at the University of Education Indonesia with the object of research students who attend community work program in 2015. The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of the effects of community work service quality to satisfaction of the students of University of Education Indonesia 2015. This research uses descriptive method with quantitative approach. Techniques of data collection is done by using a questionnaire. In this study population are students of University of Education Indonesia who follow their community work program in 2015 as many as 3.775 people and for the sample amounted to 98 students is calculated using probability sampling technique via Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Based on the calculation Weight Means Score (WMS), general description of the variable X (Quality of Community Work) is in the good category with an average score of 2,46. While the general description of the variable Y (the students satisfaction) that are in both categories with an average score of 2,74. The correlation of variables X and Y show significantly. It can be seen from the result of the correlation coefficient of 0,671 which is in the category of strong and significant, with a coefficient of determination of that 45%, and the result of the regression analysis which is Y ̂=15,513+0,671X which is significant and linear. Conclusion of the study states, the quality of community work service significant and positive impact on student satisfaction of University of Education Indonesia in 2015.
