Abstract
Tujuan umum penelitian untuk dapat menggambarkan pelaksanaan supervisi kinerja guru bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode desktriptif, Populasi penelitian adalah guru bimbingan dan konseling SMA di Kabupaten Cirebon dan supervisor bimbingan dan konseling. Penelitian menghasilkan gambaran secara umum pelaksanaan supervisi guru bimbingan dan konseling SMA di Kabupaten Cirebon belum efektif dalam pelaksanaannya karena yang terjadi di lapangan belum sesuai dengan yang seharusnya atau yang diharapkan. Hal ini disebabkan karena supervisor di SMA bukan berlatar belakang dari bidang bimbingan dan konseling sehingga banyak ketidaksesuaian antara lapangan dengan teori. Rekomendasi ditujukan kepada Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Cirebon, ABKIN Daerah, pengawas, dan peneliti selanjutnya.;---The general objective of the research to be able to describe the performance of the supervision of teacher performance guidance and counseling in schools. The research approach used is qualitative method desktriptif, study population was high school guidance and counseling teachers in Cirebon and supervisor of guidance and counseling. The research resulted in a general description of supervision performance guidance and counseling high school teacher in Cirebon have not been effective in its performance because it is happening on the field has not been as it should be, or expected. This is because supervisors in high school instead of a background of the field of guidance and counseling so many mismatch between field theory. Recommendations addressed to the Education Office of Cirebon , ABKIN Regions , supervisors , and further research.
