Abstract

Masalah umum dalam penelitian ini adalah tentang bagaimana gambaran pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di Restoran Mergosari Ciamis. Secara lebih khusus rumusan masalah terdiri dari 1) Gambaran kualitas pelayanan di Restoran Mergosari Ciamis? 2) Gambaran kepuasan konsumen di Restoran Mergosari Ciamis. 3) Membuktikan adanya pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di Restoran Mergosari. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif verifikatif dengan desain penelitian sectional method. Instrument yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan kuesioner berupa pernyataan dan skala atau yang disebut dengan semantic defferensial. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling sistematis. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan secara umum menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen mempunyai pengaruh yang cukup baik di Restoran Mergosari Ciamis. Hal ini ditunjukan dengan adanya hasil yang signifikan dari responden mengenai pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen.;--- A common problem in this research is describing how the impact of service quality on customer satisfaction in Mergosari Ciamis restaurant. More specifically the formulation of the problem consists of 1) Describing the quality of service in Mergosari Ciamis. 2) Describing of consumer satisfaction in Mergosari Ciamis restaurant. 3) Proving the impact of service quality on customer satisfaction in Mergosari Ciamis restaurant. The method used in this research using descriptive verification method with sectional study design method. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire in the form of statements and scale or its called by semantic defferensial. The sampling technique used is the systematic sampling. Results of research have been done generally indicates that the quality of service to customer satisfaction has considerable influence in the Mergosari Ciamis restaurant. This is evidenced by the significant results from respondents about the impact of service quality to customer satisfaction.
