Abstract
Sumber daya manusia merupakan faktor penting yang berpengaruh terhadap kualitas suatu produk. Maka dari itu, kualitas sumber daya manusia dalam suatu perusahaan salah satunya dapat dilihat melalui kinerja yang diberikan kepada perusahaan. Dengan melakukan penilaian kinerja pegawai, PT. Dirgantara Indonesia dapat mengevaluasi kinerja pegawainya. Selain itu juga dari output tersebut akan diberikan penghargaan sesuai dengan hasil penilaian tersebut. PT. Dirgantara Indonesia telah menentukan perhitungan hasil penilaian sesuai dengan ketentuan yang telah dibuat, namun hasil optimal akan dicari untuk mendapatkan hasil yang paling objektif. Maka akan ada perbandingan perhitungan menggunakan ketentuan perhitungan PT. Dirgantara Indonesia dan perhitungan menggunakan metode Weighted Product. Sebelumnya penilaian 360 derajat dilakukan untuk mendapatkan hasil yang akan dihitung nantinya. Dari hasil perbandingan tersebut perhitungan menggunakan metode Weighted Product menghasilkan nilai yang lebih objektif, karena jumlah nilai kinerja dari semua kriteria saling mempengaruhi dan memiliki nilai kepuasan 65%. Berbeda dengan perhitungan manual PT. Dirgantara Indonesia dimana nilai kinerja pegawai yang dinilai oleh atasannya lebih besar maka pegawai tersebut yang akan mendapatkan hasil akhir yang besar.;--- Human resources is an important factor affecting the quality of a product. Therefore, the quality of human resources in a company one of which can be seen through a performance given to the company. By assessing employee performance, PT. Dirgantara Indonesia can evaluate the performance of employees. It is also of the output will be awarded in accordance with these results. PT. Dirgantara Indonesia has determined the calculation results of the assessment in accordance with the provisions that have been made, but the optimum results will be sought to obtain the most objective results. Then there will be comparisons and calculations using the terms determined by PT. Dirgantara Indonesia and calculation methods Weighted Product. Previous 360-degree assessment is done to get the results that will be calculated later. From the comparison of the calculation methods Weighted Product yield more objective value, because the total value of all the criteria of performance affect each other and have a value of 65% accuracy. In contrast to manual calculation PT. Dirgantara Indonesia where the value of employee performance is assessed by his superiors larger then the employee who will get the final result is great.
