Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh persoalan karakter di kalangan generasi muda sangat memprihatinkan. Disorientasi karakter dialami hampir seluruh elemen sehingga menghilangkan jati diri bangsa. Daarut Tauhiid sebagai pesantren modern memiliki program perbaikan karakter masyarakat dengan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Santri Siap Guna (Diklat SSG) hasil pemikiran K.H. Abdullah Gymnastiar sejak tahun 1999. Diklat SSG bertujuan untuk membentuk karakter baik dan kuat pada diri peserta dengan ketauhiidan yang benar. Penelitian ini berusaha menggali bagaimana muatan kurikulum, proses pelaksanaan, dan dampak pendidikan karakter berbasis nilai-nilai Islam dalam pendidikan jasmani khususnya pada program SSG. Data dalam penelitian ini diambil dengan studi dokumentasi, observasi, wawancara, dan partisipasi aktif peneliti sebagai peserta. Hasil dari penelitian ini ditemukan (1) muatan kurikulum dalam diklat SSG sebagai pendidikan nonformal telah memenuhi komponen kurikulum yaitu tujuan, materi, strategi, organisasi dan evaluasi, (2) proses pendidikan karakter dalam diklat SSG melalui tiga tahapan yaitu dobrak diri, bangun diri, dan bangun tim dalam organisasi, (3) dampak pendidikan karakter dalam diklat SSG menunjukkan adanya perubahan pada diri peserta dengan munculnya kesadaran untuk memiliki ketauhidan yang benar, pribadi yang baik dan mau berbuat baik, fisik yang kuat, ikhlas, jujur, tawadhu, disiplin, berani, tangguh, jiwa pelopor, mandiri, dan khidmat kepada umat. ;--- This research is motivated by the issue of character among the younger generation is very alarming. Disorientation experienced by almost all elements of the character thus eliminating the identity of the nation. Daarut Tauhiid as modern schools have improvement program character of the people with education and training Santri Siap Guna (SSG) brainchild K.H. Abdullah Gymnastiar since 1999. Training SSG aims to establish good and strong character on the participant with the correct ketauhiidan. This study seeks to explore how curriculum, the implementation process, and the impact of character education based on Islamic values in physical education, especially at the SSG program. The data were taken with the study documentation, observations, interviews, and the active participation of researchers as participants. The results of this study found (1) curriculum in the training SSG as non-formal education have met the curriculum component that purpose, material, strategy, organization and evaluation, (2) the process of character education in the training SSG through three stages namely smashed up, wake up, and wake up the team in the organization, (3) the impact of character education in the training SSG indicate a change in the participant with the awareness to have a monotheism that is true, good personality and want to do good, physically strong, sincere, honest, tawadhu, discipline, brave, tough, pioneer spirit, independent, and solemnly to the people.
