    Abstract

    Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Sertifikasi Guru Terhadap Profesionalisme Guru Di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri se-Kecamatan Purwadadi Kabupaten Subang”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran sertifikasi guru di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri se-Kecamatan Purwadadi Kabupaten Subang, mengetahui profesionalisme guru-guru di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri se-Kecamatan Purwadadi Kabupaten Subang, dan mengetahui pengaruh sertifikasi guru terhadap profesionalisme guru di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri se-Kecamatan Purwadadi Kabupaten Subang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan skala likert. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri se-Kecamatan Purwadadi Kabupaten Subang yang berjumlah 68 orang, pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Probability Sampling. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan koefisien korelasi diperoleh nilai sebesar 0,593 yang menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan cukup kuat antara variabel X dan variabel Y, serta nilai uji signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Hasil perolehan analisis koefisien determinasi (KD) sebesar 35,2%, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh sertifikasi guru terhadap profesionalisme guru adalah sebesar 35,2% dan sisanya 64,8% dipengaruhi faktor lainnya. Persamaan regresi linear sederhana Y ̂ = 20,879 + 0,575X, artinya setiap perubahan satu poin pada variabel X akan memberikan perubahan pada variabel Y sebesar 0,575. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, jawaban dari hipotesis penelitian yaitu terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara sertifikasi guru dengan profesionalisme guru di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri se-Kecamatan Purwadadi Kabupaten Subang.;
    The study aims to describe the teacher certification in public Junior High School in Kecamatan Purwadadi, Kabupaten Subang, to find out the teacher professionalism in Public Junior High School all over Kecamatan Purwadadi, Kabupaten Subang, and also to figure out the influence of certification towards the teacher professionalism in Kecamatan Purwadadi, Kabupaten Subang. The study uses descriptive method and quantitative approach. The technique used in this study is a questionnaire with Likert-type scale. The population in this study are teachers in public Junior High School all over Kecamatan Purwadadi, Kabupaten Subang as many as 68 people. The study uses Probability Sampling technique to collect the sample. Based on the calculation of the correlation coefficient, it is obtained the score 0,593 which shows that there is a significant correlation between X and Y variable, by the significance test 0,000. The analysis of determination coefficient (KD) is 35,2%, this shows that the influence of teacher certification towards teacher professionalism is 35,2% and about 64,8% is influenced by other factors. The linear regression equation Y ̂ = 20,879 + 0,575X, meaning that every one-point change of X variable will give change to Y variable for about 0,575. Based on this study, the answer to the research hypothesis is that there is a positive influence and significance between teacher certification and teacher professionalism in public Junior High School all over Kecamatan Purwadadi, Kabupaten Subang.
