Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi belajar, efektivitas pembelajaran dan latar belakang keluarga terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha siswa SMK. Objek yang menjadi sasaran dalam penelitian adalah siswa kelas XII SMK Negeri 1 Rancah. Metode yang digunakan adalah survey eksplanatori. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen angket dan tes pilihan ganda dengan jumlah sampel 80 orang siswa yang diambil secara proportionate random sampling. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh temuan penelitian, motivasi belajar, efektivitas pembelajaran dan latar belakang keluarga berpengaruh positif terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha siswa dan secara simultan dari ketiga variable tersebut sama, berpengaruh positif terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha siswa;---The aim of the study is examining the influence of motivation, learning ffectiveness and family background an interest in entrepreneurship among SMK students. The objects of the study are third grade students at SMK Negeri 1 rancah and the method of the study is survey explanatory. The data collection uses a questionnaire as an instrument with multiple choice test of 80 samples of students which are determined by proportionate random sampling. The data analysis reveal that students motivation, the effectiveness of learning and family background have a positive influences toward readiness in students entrepreneurship. readiness and simultaneously from the same three variables, have a positive influences toward readiness in students entrepreneurship.
