Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan kemampuan motorik halus anak tunagrahita yang kurang dikembangkan di sekolah. Padahal kemampuan motorik halus anak akan berkaitan dengan keterampilan yang lain seperti bina diri, akademik maupun keterampilan vokasionalnya. Pengembangan motorik halus sejak dini pada anak tunagrahita sangat diperlukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan suatu program pembelajaran dalam meningkatkan kemampuan motorik halus anak tunagrahita di SLB C Plus Asih Manunggal. Berdasarkan pertimbangan kondisi objektif anak dan kondisi objektif ketika pembelajaran maka dibuatlah program pembelajaram untuk meningkatkan kemampuan motorik halus anak tunagrahita di SLB C Plus Asih Manunggal. Selanjutnya program tersebut divalidasi melalui studi delphie oleh ahli. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode R&D dengan pengolahan data menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam dua tahap yakni tahap pertama dilakukan untuk menggali kondisi subjek dan pembelajaran serta perancangan program. Tehnik pengumpulan data pada tahap I menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Tahap kedua adalah uji coba program. Tehnik pengumpulan data pada tahap II menggunakan wawancara. Tehnik analisis data dalampenelitian ini melalui reduksi data, display data, penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) kemampuan motorik halus anak tunagrahita belum berkembang dengan baik, 2) guru belum memiliki program pembelajaran yang terdokumentasikan, 3) program disusun berdasarkan kondisi objektif anak dan pembelajaran di sekolah, 4) implementasi program pembelajaran motorik halus sudah sesuai dengan program pembelajaran yang disusun. Selanjutnya hasil penelitian di rekomendasikan kepada guru, anak dan peneliti selanjutnya.;--- This research is motivated by the fine motor skills challenges of children with intellectual disabilities that are less developed in school whereas children fine motor skills relate to other skills such as personal care skills, academic and other vocational skills. Developing children with intellectual disabilities fine motor skills from an early age is essential. This research aims to develop a learning program to improve the fine motor skills of children with intellectual disabilities in SLB C Plus Asih Manunggal (Asih Manunggal Special School for Children With Intellectual Disabilites). This learning program is designed based on the children objective and the learning objective. Furthermore, the program is validated by experts through Delphi study. This study uses R & D and the data is analyzed using qualitative descriptive. This research is conducted in two phases; the first phase undertaken to explore the condition of the subject and learning and program design. The data collection technique in this phase is gathered through interviews, observation and documentation. The second phase is a trial program. Data collection technique in this phase uses interviews. The data analysis techniques in this research are performed using data reduction, data display, conclusion and verification. The results show that 1) the fine motor skills of children with intellectual challenges have not developed well, 2) teachers do not have a documented learning program, 3) the program organized based on the objective conditions of the children and learning, 4) the implementation of the program is based on the structured learning program. Furthermore, the results of research are recommend to the teachers, the children and further researchers.
