Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan Media Audio Visual dalam proses pembelajaran senam meningkatkan keterampilan guling depan siswa. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan subjek penelitian adalah kelas V Sekolah Dasar Negeri Babakan 2 Bandung yang terdiri dari 36 siswa. Penelitian dilakukan dalam dua siklus tindakan. Siklus pertama observasi terhadap kegiatan guru, kegiatan siswa dan observasi penilaian teknik gerakan guling depan serta tes pengetahuan tentang senam lantai roll depan. Pada siklus kedua diberikan media video visual tentang senam lantai roll depan kepada siswa. Tindakan yang diberikan siswa hasil refleksi menggunakan media video untuk pembelajaran. Hasil evaluasi dan refleksi keseluruhan disiklus pertama dan kedua. Pada pra siklus memperoleh ketuntasan belajar siswa sebesar 27,78% dengan rata-rata kelas sebesar 70,81. Siklus pertama memperoleh hasil ketuntasan belajar siswa 52,78% dan rata-rata kelas 74,17. Siklus kedua memperoleh hasil ketuntasan belajar siswa 100,00% dan rata-rata kelas 83,17. Dan tingkat keberhasilan disiklus pertama yang hanya memperoleh ketuntasan belajar 52,78% dan rata-rata kelas 74,17. Peningkatan dari siklus pertama ke siklus kedua yaitu 47,22%. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi dan refleksi disiklus kedua, diharapkan bagi guru Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga Kesehatan di SD Negeri Babakan 2 Bandung untuk menggunakan media audio visual pembelajaran ini pada siswa. Karena pembelajaran menggunakan media audio visual membantu guru dalam menyampaikan materi pembelajaran. ;---The research to know the implementation of the media audio and visual in the process of learning gymnastics improve the skills forward roll. The research method is research a class action with the subject is the fifth grade Babakan Priangan 2 Bandung Elementary School, consisting of 36 students. Research has carried out in two cycles of action. The first cycle is observation for teachers activities, students activities, and observation assessment techniques the forward roll as well as the knowledge test about gymnastics floor a roller. In the second gave the media video, about gymnastics floor a forward roll to students. Act of the students showing that the results of a reflection with the media video for learning is succesfull. Result of evaluation and reflection at the first ang second, such us: In pre the cycle to obtain exhaustiveness student of 27,78 % with an average grade of 70,81. The first cycle the completeness of learning students at 52,78 % and average class 74,17. The second cycle the completeness of learning students 100,00 % and average class 83,17 and the level of success in the first which is only getting completeness to 50,78 % and average class 74,17 %. The increase in the first cycle to second cycle is 47,22 %. Based on the results of evalution and reflection in the second, are expected for teacher physical education sport of health in the Babakan Priangan 2 Bandung Elementary School to use media audio and visual learning to students, because learning using the means of audio and visual help teachers in delivering learning materials.
