    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh tingkat relevansi Mata Kuliah Keahlian (MKK) Program Studi Pendidikan Teknologi Agroindustri (PTAG) sebanyak 18 MKK, dengan kompetensi yang dibutuhkan industri pangan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian desktriptif. Dokumen SAP MKK PTAG dikaji dan digunakan dalam menyusun butir-butir pernyataan dalam kuesioner. Kuesioner ditujukan pada 10 industri pangan yang berada di wilayah Tangerang dengan cara purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat relevansi MKK PTAG dengan kompetensi yang dibutuhkan oleh industri pangan adalah relevan, dengan presentase 89,5%. Presentase 10,5% diantaranya menganggap tidak relevan dengan alasan perusahaan melakukan konsultasi dengan menggunakan pihak ketiga, beberapa indikator dianggap hanya mengajarkan teori tanpa praktik dan beberapa perusahaan memberikan pernyataan bahwa tidak mengaplikasikan teknologi yang sesuai dengan kuesioner.;---This study aimed to obtain the level of relevance of core subjects (MKK) Agro-Industry Technology Education Program (PTAG) as much as 18 MKK, with the competence required for food industry. The method used is this research is descriptive method. PTAG MKK SAP Document is to be assessed and used in preparing the statements in the questionnaire. The questionnaire aimed at 10 food industry in the area of Tangerang by purposive sampling. The results showed the level of relevance MK TAG with competencies required by the food industry is relevant, with a percentage of 89.5%. Percentage 10.5% of them consider it relevant to the reason the company consulting with using a third party, some of the indicators considered only teach the theory without practice, and some companies make a statement that does not apply the technology in accordance with the questionnaire.
