Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya kegiatan Ngamumule yang dijadikan suatu bentuk program oleh PKBM Kinanti dengan tujuan untuk menjadikan remaja yang tergabung menjadi mandiri dan meningkatnya kemampuan apresiasi seni tradisional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran mengenai partisipasi remaja dalam kegiatan ngamumule budaya serta persepsi masyarakat sebagai penambah informasi untuk mengukur pengaruh persepsi masyarakat terhadap keberlangsungan program tersebut, bentuk pengelolaan program pemberdayaan remaja melalui ngamumule budaya, perubahan yang terjadi pada remaja dalam meningkatkan apresiasi seni tradisional. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di PKBM Kinanti lembang dengan jangka waktu kurang lebih enam bulan, penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, subjek penelitian sebanyak enam orang yaitu pengelola sekaligus tutor dan pembina bidang kepemudaan, dua orang masyarakat sekitar PKBM Kinanti dan tiga orang remaja SAKTI yang tergabung dalam kepemudaan PKBM Kinanti. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, studi dokumentasi dan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian mendeskripsikan partisipasi yang diberikan remaja dalam kegiatan ngamumule diantaranya partisipasi tenaga, pemikiran, dan materi. Kemudian untuk mengetahui seperti apa persepsi masyarakat dan sejauh mana pengaruhnya. Bentuk pengelolaan program mulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan hingga tahap akhir evaluasi. Perubahan yang terjadi setelah mengikuti kegiatan ngamumule, melihat dari apresiasi terhadap seni tradisional mencakup kemampuan mengamati, menghayati, mengevaluasi, hingga berapresiasi.;---This research was motivated by the activities ngamumule used as a form of program by PKBM Kinanti order to make the teenagers who are members to be independent and the increasing capabilities of traditional art appreciation. This study aims to describe the participation of adolescents in ngamumule culture and public perception as an addition information to measure the impact of public perceptions of the sustainability of the program, forms of management of adolescent empowerment program through ngamumule culture, the changes that occur in adolescents in promoting traditional art appreciation. This research was conducted at PKBM Kinanti dent with a period of approximately six months, this research use descriptive research method with qualitative approach, the research subjects as many as six people are manager and tutors and coaches area of youth, two people around PKBM Kinanti and three teenagers SAKTI incorporated in the youth PKBM Kinanti. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, documentary studies and triangulation. The results of the study describes the participation given ngamumule among adolescents in labor participation, ideas, and materials. Then to find out what the public perception and the extent of its influence. Form of program management from planning, implementation and evaluation of the final stage. Changes that occur after following ngamumule activities, viewed from the appreciation of the traditional arts include the ability to observe, appreciate, evaluate, to appreciate.
