Abstract
Penelitian ini berawal dari permasalahan bahwa siswa kelas X SMA Angkasa Lanud Husein Sastranegara Bandung mengalami kesulitan dalam menuangkan hasil wawancara yang telah dilakukan ke dalam beberapa paragraf naratif ekspositoris.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) kemampuan siswa dalam menulis paragraf naratif ekspositoris sebelum menggunakan metode kolaborasi; (2) kemampuan siswa dalam menulis paragraf naratif ekspositoris sesudah menggunakan metode kolaborasi; dan (3) perbedaan kemampuan siswa sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan metode kolaborasi.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen semu dengan desain pratest and posttest one group tanpa adanya kelas kontrol. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X SMA Angkasa Lanud Husein Sastranegara Bandung dengan sampel kelas X-A tahun ajaran 2012/2013 sebanyak 34 orang. Teknik yang digunakan peneliti dalam penelitian ini terdiri atas teknik tes dan angket. Teknik pengolahan data yang digunakan yaitu uji realibilitas, uji normalitas, dan uji hipotesis (uji t).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode kolaborasi efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran menulis paragraf naratif ekspositoris. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari rata-rata nilai prates sebesar 65,12 dan rata-rata nilai pascates sebesar 72,18 sehingga terlihat adanya kenaikan rata-rata nilai sebesar 7,06. Dalam penghitungan statistik diperoleh thitung (8,02) ≥ ttabel (3,633), dengan taraf kepercayaan (95%). Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil pembelajaran sebelum dan setelah menggunakan metode kolaborasi. Hal ini menunjukkan hipotesis penelitian yang diajukan peneliti diterima. This research motivated by the problem student’s of class X SMA Angkasa Lanud Bandung Husein Sastranegara have difficulty in expressing the results of interviews that have been conducted into the expository pargraph narative. This study is aimed to determine: (1) the ability of students to write an expository paragraph narrative before using the method collaboration, (2) the students' ability in writing narrative expository paragraph after using Collaborative Method, and (3) the ability of students before and after using Collaborative Method. This method used in this study is quasi-experimental methods pratest and posttest design with one group without any control class. The population in this study were all students of class X SMA Angkasa Lanud Bandung Husein Sastranegara with the X-A class as en experiment class for academic year 2012/2013 as many as 34 people. The technique used in this research is consists of engineering tests and questionnaires. Data processing techniques are used, namely reliability test, normality test, and hypothesis testing (t test). Results showed that effective collaboration methods used in teaching writing narrative expository paragraphs. This can be seen from the average pre-test score was 65,12 and the average post-test score of 72,18 so it looks to an increase in the average value of 7,06. In counting statistics obtained t (8,02) ≥ T Table (3,633), with a confidence level (95%). Thus, it can be concluded that there are significant differences between the learning outcomes before and after using the method of collaboration. This suggests the hypothesis proposed study investigators received.
