Abstract

Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) bertujuan menyiapkan tenaga kerja yang berkompeten di jurusan masing-masing. Kompeten atau kompetensi dapat diartikan sebagai kemampuan dasar yang dapat dilakukan oleh para siswa pada tahap pengetahuan, keterampilan dan bersikap. Kurikulum dan pembelajaran mengarahkan pada kriteria sistem pembelajaran berbasis kompetensi. Pembelajaran berbasis kompetensi dan produksi ini saling berhubungan agar tercipta keberhasilan program pembelajaran di SMK. Untuk itu dilakukan evaluasi tentang implementasi pembelajaran. Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan gambaran evaluasi perencanaan pembelajaran dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran berbasis kompetensi dan produksi di Jurusan Teknik Bangunan kelas Teknik Kontruksi Kayu SMK Negeri 6 Bandung. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui perencanaan, pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan metode penilaian apakah sesuai dengan pembelajaran berbasis kompetensi dan produksi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian metode deskriptif dan evaluatif dengan menggunakan evaluasi model kesenjangan (discrepancy model). Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan wawancara sedangakan dokumentasi dan angket digunakan untuk memperkuat data temuan. Temuan penelitian ini adalah pada aspek : (1) persiapan pembelajaran belum sepenuhnya terlaksana dan belum sepenuhnya sesuai, (2) pelaksanaan pembelajaran sangat sesuai dengan pedoman pembelajaran berbasis kompetensi dan produksi, (3) penilaian yang diguanakan sesuai dengan pembelajaran berbasis kompetensi dan produksi.; Vocational school aims to repare competent work porce according to each field. Competent or competency can be interpreted as basic ability which can be conducted by pupils / students in the stage of knowledge skil and attitude. Curriculum and learning direct to learning system based on competency. Competency and production based learning are inter corelation in order to create success learning program in vocational school. There for evaluation of learning implementation was conducted. This research described evaluational of learning planing and implementation based on competency and production in civil engineering class of wood construction technique of SMK N 6 Bandung. The purpose of the research to know whether planning implementation of learning and evaluation methad suitable with competency and production based learning. This research is a descriptive and evaluative research methad by employing discrepancy model of evaluation. Data collection instrument uses observation and interview while documentation and questionnaire used to support data finding. This research results are in aspek: (1) the learning preparation are not fully implemented and not fully suitable, (2) learning implementatation is fully suitable with the learning guideline based on competency and production, (3) the evaluation used is suitable with the learningbased on competency and production.
