Abstract

Kesulitan siswa dalam pembelajaran permainan bola tangan membuat minat belajar siswa berkurang, untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut salah satu caranya adalah dengan menggunakan model latihan yang tepat. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui apakah model latihan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam permainan bola tangan, dan apakah ada perbedaan pengaruh antara model random practice dan block practice terhadap hasil belajar siswa dalam permainan bola tangan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dengan desain Non-Equivalent Pretest and Posttest Grup Design. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 36 orang dengan 18 orang kelompok eksperimen satu dan 18 orang kelompok eksperimen dua. Hasil yang didapat dari kedua model latihan ini adalah model latihan acak (0,029) dan model latihan terpusat (0,200), dengan menggunakan Mann-Whitney U test didapa tα > hasil test (0,05 > 0,004) dengan α (0,05) maka Ho diterima.Hasilakhirmembuktikanbahwamodel latihanacak (random practice) dapat memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa dalam permainan bola tangan, serta model latihan terpusat (blocked practice) memberikan pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa dalam permainan bola tangan, setelah dianalisis maka terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara random practice dan blocked practice terhadap hasil belajar siswa dalam permainan bola tangan di SMAN 24 Bandung.; Student difficulties in learning the game handball create student interest is reduced, to overcome these problems, one way is to use a model of proper exercise. The aim of research to determine whether this type of training can improve student learning outcomes in a game of handball, and whether there are differences between the models random effect block practice and practice on student learning outcomes in a game of handball. The method used is an experimental method to the design of Non-Equivalent pretest and posttest Design Group. The samples used were 36 people with 18 people of the experimental group and 18 in the experimental group two. The results obtained from this exercise both models are models of random exercises (0,029) and the model of centralized exercise (0.200), using the Mann-Whitney U test didapa tα> test results (0.05> 0.004) with α (0.05) then Ho to accept. Finally the random learning provide (random practice) can have a significant influence on student learning outcomes in a game of handball, as well as the model of a centralized training (blocked practice) influence on student learning outcomes in a game of handball, having analyzed the differences between the effects of random practice and blocked practice on student learning outcomes in a game of handball at SMAN 24 Bandung.
