Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan bisnis restoran khususnya di kota Tasikmalaya kurang diiringi oleh kinerja karyawan yang baik. Salah satunya di Saung Ranggon Kota Tasikmalaya. Hal tersebut ditandai dengan indikator kurangnya pengetahuan karyawan dalam menangani konsumen, karyawan belum bisa menyelesaikan masalah pekerjaan, lamanya waktu tunggu konsumen terhadap pesanan, dan tingkat kehadiran karyawan dinilai masih kurang baik. Fenomena tersebut harus segera ditangani agar tidak mengganggu kinerja perusahaan. Memberikan pelatihan secara rutin dan memperbaiki sistem kompensasi merupakan salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan agar tujuan perusahaan tercapai. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui gambaran: (1) Pelatihan di Saung Ranggon Kota Tasikmalaya; (2) Kompensasi di Saung Ranggon Kota Tasikmalaya; (3) Kinerja karyawan di Saung Ranggon Kota Tasikmalaya dan mengetahui Pengaruh: (4) Pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Saung Ranggon Kota Tasikmalaya; (5) Kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di Saung Ranggon Kota Tasikmalaya; (6) Pelatihan dan Kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di Saung Ranggon Kota Tasikmalaya. Objek dalam penelitian ini ialah karyawan Saung Ranggon Kota Tasikmalaya. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini ialah pelatihan dan kompensasi, sedangkan variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini ialah kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan ialah pendekatan deskriptif dan verifikatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode explanatory survey dengan populasi sebanyak 38 orang (sampel jenuh). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah regresi linear berganda dengan alat bantu software komputer SPSS 22.0. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat gambaran bahwa: (1) Pelatihan di Saung Rnggon Kota Tasikmalaya berada pada kategori tinggi; (2) Kompensasi kerja karyawan di Saung Ranggon Kota Tasikmalaya berada pada kategori tinggi; (3) Kinerja karyawan Saung Ranggon Kota Tasikmalaya berada pada kategori tinggi; (4) Pelatihan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan tingkat korelasi sebesar 29,1%; (5) Kompensasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan tingkat korelasi sebesar 51,6%; (6) Pelatihan dan Kompensasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 59,4%. Saran dari penulis yang dapat dilakukan oleh Saung Ranggon Kota Tasikmalaya adalah dengan terus melakukan pelatihan karyawan secara berkesinambungan dan memperhatikan kesejahteraan karyawan.; The rapid development of restaurants business, especially in the town of Tasikmalaya, less accompanied by a good performance of the employees. One of them is in Saung Ranggon, Tasikmalaya. Those were noticed by the indicator of employees’who are less knowledge in handling the consumer, time spent by consumer waiting for their order, and employees presence level are graded less good. These phenomenons must be solved immediately in order not to interfere the company’s performance. A routine given training and fixing compensating system are a few of the methods to increase employees’ performance so that the company’s target can be achieved. The purpose of this research is to acknowledge the description of: (1) Training in Saung Ranggon Tasikmalaya City; (2) Compensating in Saung Ranggon Tasikmalaya City; (3) Employees’ performance in Saung Ranggon Tasikmalaya City, and to know the effect of: (4) Training in Saung Ranggon Tasikmalaya City, (5) Compensating in Saung Ranggon Tasikmalaya City; (6) Training and compensating toward employee’s performance in Saung Ranggon, Tasikmalaya City. Object of this research is employees of Saung Ranggon Tasikmalaya City. Independent variable in this research is the training and compensating, whilst the dependent variable is employees’ performance. This research use descriptive and verificative approach. Applied method in this research is explanatory survey with population of 38 individuals (saturated sample). Data Analysis technique which is used in this study is multiple linear regression by using SPSS 22.0. In this research stated that: (1) Training in Saung Ranggon Tasikmalaya City were on high category; (2) Compensating in Saung Ranggon Tasikmalaya City were on high category; (3) Employees’ performance in Saung Ranggon Tasikmalaya City were on high category; (4) Training in Saung Ranggon Tasikmalaya City gives positive effect on employees’ performance with the corellation level of 29,1%; (5) Compensating Saung Ranggon Tasikmalaya City gives positive effect on employees’ performance with the corellation level of 51,6%; (6) Training and Compensating in Saung Ranggon Tasikmalaya City gives positive effect on employees’ performance with the corellation level of 59,4%.. Author’s suggestion is that Saung Ranggon can conduct such training to the employees sustainably and pay attention to employees’ welfare.
