Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap profil pengetahuan prosedural siswa SMA pada praktikum uji urin yang menggunakan penuntun praktikum berbentuk komik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini merupakan siswa kelas XI MIA 4 di SMAN 7 Bandung dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 28 orang. Penuntun praktikum pada penelitian ini yang terdiri dari pendahuluan, tujuan kegiatan, alat dan bahan yang diperlukan, langkah kerja serta tabel hasil pengamatan disajikan dalam bentuk komik yang didalamnya terdapat tokoh, frame, balon kata, efek suara, latar belakang dan alur cerita. Hasil analisis pengetahuan prosedural siswa secara keseluruhan yang meliputi 3 indikator pengetahuan prosedural memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 81% yang berarti pengetahuan prosedural siswa pada kelas sampel sudah ‘baik’. Hasil pengetahuan prosedural siswa pada indikator pengetahuan tentang keterampilan khusus menggunakan pipet memperoleh rata-rata persentase skor sebesar 73.2% (cukup baik), hasil pengetahuan prosedural pada indikator pengetahuan tentang suatu teknik dan metode memperoleh rata-rata persentase skor sebesar 87.5% (sangat baik) serta hasil pengetahuan prosedural siswa pada indikator pengetahuan tentang kriteria penggunaan suatu prosedur memperoleh rata-rata persentase skor sebesar 78.6% (baik). Respon siswa terhadap penuntun praktikum berbentuk komik pada praktikum uji urin yaitu semua siswa menyatakan setuju terhadap penggunaan penuntun praktikum berbentuk komik pada praktikum biologi di sekolah. ---------- This study aims to reveal the procedural knowledge profile of high school students in the lab urine test that uses practical guidance in the form of comics. The method used is descriptive method. Subjects in this study was student of class XI MIA 4 at SMAN 7 Bandung with the number of students as many as 28 people. Guiding practicum in this study consists of the introduction, the purpose of activities, tools and materials required, working steps and tables observations presented in comic form in which there are figures, frames, balloons words, sound effects, background and storyline. The results of the analysis of students' overall procedural knowledge which includes three indicators of procedural knowledge gained an average value of 81% which means the procedural knowledge of students in the class sample was 'good'. The results of students' procedural knowledge on indicators of knowledge about specific skills using a pipette to obtain the average percentage score of 73.2% (pretty good), the results of procedural knowledge in the knowledge of a technical indicators and methods of obtaining the average percentage score of 87.5% (very good) and the results of procedural knowledge of students on indicators of knowledge about the conditions of a procedure to obtain the average percentage score of 78.6% (good). Guiding students' response to the comic-shaped lab lab urine test that all students agree to use practical guidance in the form of comics in the biology lab at school.
