Abstract

Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mendeskripsikan persepsi nasabah bank syariah mandiri kantor cabang utama kota Bandung terhadap bank syariah. Persepsi terdiri dari empat indikator yang diukur yaitu keuntungan relatif, kompatibilitas, kompleksitas dan triabilitas. Masing-masing indikator dilakukan uji beda berdasarkan usia, tingkat pendidikan dan pekerjaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 100 nasabah dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan simple random sampling. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa persepsi nasabah bank syariah mandiri terhadap bank syariah sangat baik pada indikator keuntungan relatif, kompatibilitas dan triabilitas, namun pada indikator kompleksitas menunjukkan persepsi yang kurang baik. Kata kunci : Persepsi Nasabah, Keuntungan Relatif, Kompatibilitas, Kompleksitas, Triabilitas. This study aimed to describe the perception of consumers bank syariah mandiri main branches office Bandung city toward Islamic banks. Perception consists of four indicators measured are relative advantage, compatibility, complexity and trialability. Each indicator performed different tests by age, education level and occupation. This study was conducted on 100 customers using simple random sampling technique. The research method used is quantitative descriptive. Data collected through questionnaires. The results shown that the perception of consumer bank syariah mandiri toward Islamic banks are very good indicator of relative advantage, compatibility and trialability, but the complexity of the indicators shown unfavourable perception.
