Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan ada atau tidaknya hubungan siklus menstruasi dengan motivasi latihan fisik pada atlet pelatda hockey indoor Jawa Barat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji hubungan siklus menstruasi H -2, H +2 dan H +5 dengan motivasi latihan fisik pada atlet pelatda hockey indoor Jawa Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Adapun pengambilan sampel dengan cara sampling purposive, dan jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 10 atlet putri yang mengikuti pelatda hockey indoor Jawa Barat. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket tertutup. Berdasarkan uraian yang telah dikemukakan dan dianalisis maka didapatkan hasil yang normal pada uji normalitas dan hasil yang homogen pada uji homogenitas. Sedangkan hasil pengolahan data dan analisis skor diperoleh hasil bahwa tidak terdapat korelasi yang signifikan antara siklus menstruasi H -2, H +2 dan H +5 dengan motivasi latihan fisik karena hasil t hitung yang lebih kecil daripada t table. Kesimpulan yang didapat dalam penelitian ini adalah tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara siklus menstruasi dengan motivasi latihan fisik atlet pelatda hockey indoor Jawa Barat.

This study was aiming to observe the relationship of menstruation cycle on H-2, H+2 and H+5 with physical training motivation of Pelatda athlete indoor hockey of West Java. This study is using descriptive method. The sample of the study was taken by using sampling purposing method and the total sample is 10 women athletes of indoor hockey of West Java. Data was collected by using personal questionnaire. Based on data that has been collected, shows that the result was normal on the normality test and it was homogenate on the homogeneity test. The result of the data analysis and score analysis was shows that there is no significant correlation between menstruation cycle H-2, H+2 and H+5 with physical training motivation due to the result of T Score is lower than T table. The result of the study is there is no significant relation between menstruation cycle and physical training motivation of pelatda indoor hockey athlete of west java.
