Abstract

Permasalahan penelitian ini adalah rendahnya tingkat minat berwirausaha mahasiswa FE UNP. Hal ini diduga dipengaruhi oleh tingkat kebutuhan akan prestasi, tingkat lokus kendali, dan tingkat efikasi diri mahasiswa. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Teknik sampling yang digunakan probabilitas sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model multigroup sampel dengan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat minat berwirausaha, tingkat kebutuhan akan prestasi, tingkat lokus kendali, dan tingkat efikasi diri pada semua kelompok sampel dipersepsikan tinggi oleh mahasiswa FE UNP. Tingkat kebutuhan akan prestasi, dan tingkat efikasi diri positif sebagai prediktor tingkat minat berwirausaha mahasiswa FE UNP, sedangkan tingkat lokus kendali lemah sebagai prediktor tingkat minat berwirausaha mahasiswa FE UNP. Tingkat kebutuhan akan prestasi, tingkat lokus kendali, dan tingkat efikasi diri lemah sebagai prediktor tingkat minat berwirausaha mahasiswa laki-laki FE UNP. tingkat kebutuhan akan prestasi, dan tingkat efikasi diri positif sebagai prediktor tingkat minat berwirausaha mahasiswa perempuan FE UNP. Sementara itu, tingkat lokus kendali lemah sebagai prediktor tingkat minat berwirausaha mahasiswa perempuan FE UNP. tingkat kebutuhan akan prestasi, dan tingkat lokus kendali lemah sebagai prediktor tingkat minat berwirausaha mahasiswa FE UNP yang orang tuanya wirausahawan. Sementara itu, tingkat efikasi diri positif sebagai prediktor tingkat minat berwirausaha mahasiswa FE UNP yang orang tuanya wirausahawan. Tingkat kebutuhan akan prestasi, dan tingkat lokus kendali lemah sebagai prediktor tingkat minat berwirausaha mahasiswa FE UNP yang orang tuanya bukan wirausahawan. Sementara itu, tingkat efikasi diri positif sebagai prediktor tingkat minat berwirausaha mahasiswa FE UNP yang orang tuanya bukan wirausahawan. Tingkat minat berwirausaha mahasiswa dapat ditingkatkan dengan meningkatkan tingkat kebutuhan akan prestasi, tingkat lokus kendali, dan tingkat efikasi diri mahasiswa. Hal ini dapat dilakukan dengan mengikuti kuliah umum, seminar, talkshow, pelatihan motivasi, manajemen waktu, dan kewirausahaan. Di samping itu, dapat juga dilakukan dengan pemodelan. Kata Kunci: Minat Berwirausaha, Kebutuhan akan Prestasi, Lokus Kendali, dan Efikasi Diri. The research problem is the lack of FE UNP student’s level of interest in entrepreneurship. It’s thought to be influenced by the level of need for achievement, locus of control levels, and levels of self-efficacy of students. This study used is a quantitative approach with a survey method. The technique of sampling used is probability sampling. Research instrument using a questionnaire. Analysis using multigroup models samples with multiple regression. The results showed that the level of interest in entrepreneurship, the level of need for achievement, locus of control levels, and levels of self-efficacy in all sample groups perceived as high by FE UNP’s students. The level of need for achievement, and level of self-efficacy positive as predictors the level of interest in entrepreneurship FE UNP’s student, while the locus of control levels weaks as predictors the level of interest in entrepreneurship FE UNP’s student. The level of need for achievement, locus of control levels, and levels of self-efficacy weak as predictors the level of interest in entrepreneurship FE UNP’s male students . The level of need for achievement, and levels of self-efficacy positive as predictors of the level of interest in entrepreneurship FE UNP’s women student. Meanwhile, the locus of control levels weak as predictors the level of interest in entrepreneurship FE UNP’s women student. The level of need for achievement, and locus of control levels weak as predictors the level of interest in entrepreneurship FE UNP’s students whose theirs parents is entrepreneur. Meanwhile, levels of self-efficacy positive as predictors the level of interest in entrepreneurship FE UNP’s students whose theirs parents are entrepreneur. The level of need for achievement, and locus of control levels weak as predictors the level of interest in entrepreneurship FE UNP’s students whose theirs parents are not entrepreneur. Meanwhile, levels of self-efficacy positive as predictors the level of interest in entrepreneurship FE UNP’s students whose theirs parents are not entrepreneur. Student’s level of interest in entrepreneurship can be improved by increasing the level of need for achievement, locus of control levels, and levels of self-efficacy of students. This can be done by following public lectures, seminars, talk shows, training motivation, time management, and entrepreneurship. In addition, it can also be done with modeling.
