Abstract

Agresif merupakan perilaku sosial yang dilakukan secara spontan, dan dapat dilakukan oleh siapa saja. Perilaku agresif bertujuan untuk melukai, menyakiti, dan merusak orang lain baik secara fisik (non verbal), maupun secara non fisik (verbal). Perilaku agresif dapat direduksi melalui penerapan teknik self monitoring. Rumusan masalah penelitian ini, yaitu apakah penerapan teknik self monitoring memberikan pengaruh terhadap penurunan perilaku agresif anak hambatan emosi dan perilaku di SDN 3 Sarijadi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat ada atau tidaknya pengaruh setelah diberikan intervensi sel f monitoring pada anak hambatan emosi dan perilaku yang berperilaku agresif dikelas. Metode yang digunakan yaitu eksperimen, dengan disain A-B-A. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan pedoman observasi, dilakukan 16 sesi. Hasilnya menunjukkan adanya penurunan frekuensi perilaku agresif subyek, dan dibuktikan dengan adanya perubahan rata-rata frekuensi perilaku agresif subyek. Frekuensi rata-rata perilaku agresif anak hambatan emosi dan perilaku pada saat kegiatan pembelajaran, yaitu sebesar 15,75 poin, setelah diberikanin tervensi, yaitu penerapan teknik self monitoring dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, mengalami penurunan dari 15,75 poin menjadi 12,125 poin yang berarti membaik. Frekuensi rata-rata perilaku agresif anak hambatan emosi dan perilaku, kembali mengalami penurunan dari sebelumnya 12,125 poin menjadi 5 poin. Kesimpulan, bahwa penerapan teknik self monitoring berpengaruh terhadap penurunan perilaku agresif anak hambatan emosi dan perilaku. Berkaitan dengan penurunan perilaku agresif, diharapkan sekolah menggunakan teknik self monitoring untuk mereduksi perilaku agresif anak hambatan emosi dan perilaku. Kata Kunci: Teknik Self Monitoring, Perilaku Agresif, Anak Hambatan Emosi Dan Perilaku. An aggressive social behavior spontaneous, and can be done by anyone. Aggressive behavior intended to injure, hurt, and demage people, both physically (non verbal) and non physically (verbal). Aggressive behavior can be reduced through the implementation of self monitoring techniques. Formulation of research problems, namely whether the application of self monitoring techniques to give effect to decrease aggressive behavior of emotional behavior disorder child in SDN 3 Sarijadi. The purpose of this study to see whether or not the influence after a given intervention self monitoring techniques in child emotional and behavior disorder that aggressive behavior in the classroom. The method used is is experiment with the design of the A-B-A. While the data collection techniques using observation guide, conducted 16 sessions. The results showed a decrease in the frequency of aggressive behavior subjects, as evidenced by the change in the average frequency of aggressive behavior subjects. The average frequency of aggressive behavior of children’s emotional and behavior disorder during learning activities, namely 15,75 points, after being given the intervention, is the application techniques of self monitoring to learning activities, decreased from 15,75 points to 12,125 points, which means improved. The average frequency of aggressive behavior of children emotional and behavior disorder, re-experiencing a decrease from the previous 12,125 points to 5 points. Conclusion, that self moknitoring techniques influence the decrease in aggressive behavior of children’s emotional and behavior disorder. associated with a decrease in aggressive behavior, the school expects to use self monitoring techniques to reduce aggressive behavior of children emotional and behavior disorder.
