Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi penjelasan pada tipe latihan short interval training yang mengemukaan bahwa dalam tipe latihan ini juga dapat terjadi beberapa penyesuaian daya tahan aerobic. Tetapi berdasarkan pengamatan bahwa tipe latihan long interval training lebih banyak digunakan oleh para pelatih yang diyakini dapat meningkatkan daya tahan aerobic. oleh karena itu penulis tertarik untuk meneliti apakah ada pengaruh yang signifikan dari tipe latihan short interval training tersebut terhadap peningkatan daya tahan pemain futsal. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa yang mengikuti unit kegiatan mahasiswa futsal UPI bandung, sampel yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 10 orang yang diambil dengan menggunakan tekhnik random. Instrumen yang dipakai dalam penelitian untuk mengukur daya tahan adalah tes balke (lari 15 menit).. Berdasarkan pengolahan dan analisis data yang diperoleh terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari bentuk latihan short interval training terhadap peningkatan daya tahan pemain futsal. The background of this research is an explanation on the type of short interval training workout that mengemukaan that in this type of exercise may also occur a few adjustments aerobic endurance. But based on the observation that this type of long interval training workout is more widely used by trainers who are believed to increase aerobic endurance. therefore, the authors are interested in examining whether there is a significant effect of the type of training is short interval training to increase endurance futsal players. The method used in this study is the experimental method. The population of this study were students enrolled student activity units futsal UPI Bandung, the sample used in this study as many as 10 people were taken using random techniques. Instruments used in the study to measure the durability is Balke test (run 15 min) .. Based on the processing and analysis of data obtained significant influence on the shape of the short interval training exercise to increase endurance futsal players.
