Abstract

Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah belum efektifnya pembelajaran di SMK Pasundan 1 Cimahi. Hal tersebut ditandai dengan fluktuatifnya rekapitulasi nilai siswa di sekolah tersebut. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua variabel yaitu iklim kelas (X) dan efektivitas pembelajaran (Y). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai efektivitas iklim kelas, memperoleh gambaran mengenai efektivitas pembelajaran, dan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh dari iklim kelas terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksplanatory survey. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara penyebaran angket dengan model skala likert, yang dianalisis menggunakan regresi sederhana. Anggota sampel yaitu 37 siswa kelas XI program keahlian administrasi perkantoran di SMK Pasundan 1 Cimahi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji regresi linier sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, didapatkan informasi bahwa iklim kelas berada pada kategori efektif dan efektivitas pembelajaran berada pada kategori tinggi. Selanjutnya, data yang diperoleh berpola linier. Dari hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh bahwa iklim kelas berpengaruh positif terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran siswa kelas XI program keahlian administrasi perkantoran di SMK Pasundan 1 Cimahi.----------- The problem study in this research has not yet effective learning in Pasundan 1 Cimahi vocational school. It is characterized by fluctuation of students’ value recapitulation at the school. This study consisted of two variables, classroom climate (X) and the effectiveness of learning (Y). The aim of this study is to obtain an overview of the effectiveness of classroom climate, get a description of the effectiveness of learning, and to determine whether there is a class effect of climate on the effectiveness of student learning. The method used in this research is explanatory survey method. Data collection techniques by distributing a questionnaire with Likert scale model, which analyzed using simple regression. The members of the sample are 37 students of class XI in the office administration program SMK Pasundan 1 Cimahi. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression test. Based on the research results, obtained information that classroom climate is categorized effective and the effectiveness of learning at the high category. Furthermore, the data obtained is linear patterned. From the results of hypothesis testing showed that classroom climate positively affects the learning Effectiveness in class XI student of office administration program in SMK Pasundan 1 Cimahi.
