    Abstract

    Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya hasil belajar peserta didik kelas X program keahlian administrasi perkantoran di SMK Sangkuriang 1 Cimahi yang ditandai dengan perolehan nilai rata-rata ulangan harian yang berada di bawah Kriteria Kelulusan Minimum (KKM). Menurut B. Bloom (dalam Sudjana, 2006:39), salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi hasil belajar adalah model pembelajaran. Sehubungan dengan hal itu, maka dilakukan penelitian dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Team Product dan Think Pair Share.
    Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Studi Komparasi dalam True Experimental Design. Teknik dan alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes praktek, observasi, dan dokumentasi sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan uji-t untuk melihat perbedaan peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik antara kelas eksperimen 1 dan kelas eksperimen 2.
    Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik antara kelas eksperimen 1 yang menerapkan model pembelajaran Team Product dengan kelas eksperimen 2 yang menerapkan model pembelajaranThink Pair Share padakelas X program keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Sangkuriang 1 Cimahi. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik yang menerapkan model pembelajaranTeam Product lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan hasil belajar peserta didik yang menerapkan model pembelajaran Think Pair Share.----------This study examined the problems of students who have low learning result on the 10th grade students of Administrative office program in SMK Sangkuriang 1 Cimahi, it is noted by the on averages daily test result which is below the minimum passing criteria. B.Bloom (Sudjana, 2006:39), said “one of factor which influence students in learning is learning models”. Therefore, this study analyzed by using team product learning model and think pair share learning model.
    The method used comparative study method with True Experimental Design. The data collected by practice test, observation, and documentation, while data analyzing technique used t-test to looking for the differences of students’s improvment in learning result between experimental class 1 and experimental class 2.
    The result shows that there was the difference of student’s improvenent learning result between experimental class 1 which used team product learning model with experimental class 2 which used think pair share learning model. It can be concluded that the result of students who used advance team product learning is higher than they who used think pair share learning model.
