Abstract

Perancangan sensor gaya tiga derajat kebebasan merupakan penelitian penting dan menantang untuk menghasilkan sensor gaya yang dapat mengukur serempak tiga komponen gaya secara akurat dan efisien. Kebutuhannya dari waktu ke waktu dalam berbagai industri semakin memacu perbaikan kualitas. Sistem akuisisi data merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam perbaikan kualitas sensor. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mendapatkan rancangan dan hasil unjuk kerja sistem akuisisi data pada sensor gaya tiga derajat kebebasan berdasarkan tingkat kesalahan akurasinya melalui pengamatan common systematic error, namun tidak disertai evaluasi ketidakpastian pengukuran. Common systematic error dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari linieritas, instrumental error dan cross coupling error. Penelitian sebelumnya merancang sensor gaya menggunakan virtual prototyping technique dengan hasil cross coupling error terbesar sebesar 1,67%. Disain sensor gaya yang digunakan pada penelitian ini mengacu pada penelitian tersebut dan mengamati hanya pada tiga axis-nya. Hal ini dilakukan mengingat belum adanya penelitian dengan acuan disain tersebut secara eksperimen. Hasilnya diperoleh sistem akuisisi data eksternal dengan output pada layar komputer melalui komunikasi serial. Dan tingkat kesalahan akurasi pada sumbu X, Y dan Z melalui pengamatan common systematic error, namun tanpa disertai evaluasi ketidakpastian pengukuran adalah 1,26%, 2,55% dan 1,44% dengan kesalahan akurasi terbesar terjadi pada sumbu Y.----------The design of the three degrees of freedom force sensor is an important and challenging research to produce a force sensor that can measure simultaneously three force components accurately and efficiently. Needs from time to time in various industries increasingly spur quality improvement. Data acquisition system is one important factor in the improvement of the quality of the sensor. This study aimed to obtain the design and results of system performance data acquisition in three degrees of freedom force sensor is based on an error rate of accuracy by observing the common systematic error, but not accompanied by evaluation of measurement uncertainty. Common systematic error in this study consisted of linearity, instrumental error and cross coupling error. Previous research design a force sensor using virtual prototyping technique with the results of the largest cross coupling error is 1.67%. The design of the force sensor used in this study refers to the study and observed in only three of its axis. This is done in view of the lack of research with reference to the experimental design. The result obtained external data acquisition system with output on the computer screen via serial communication. And the level of accuracy error on the axes X, Y and Z through common systematic observation errors, but without evaluation of measurement uncertainty is 1.26%, 2.55% and 1.44% with the greatest accuracy error occurred on the Y axis.
