Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui serta membandingkan tingkat
kecepatan dan akurasi lemparan atas, lemparan bawah dan lemparan samping.
Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif, dengan teknik tes
kemampuan menlempar. Teknik pengambilan sampel sampling jenuh pada
anggota laki-laki tim softball SMAN 4 CIMAHI dengan sample yaitu seluruh
atlet putra yang berjumlah 15 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah speed gun
dan tes akurasi lemparan. Hasil yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan uji statistik one
way anova menggunakan Software SPSS 21. Dari analisis data sig kecepatan
lemparan yaitu 0.00 < 0.05, maka Ho ditolak. Maka terdapat perbedaan yang
signifikan antara kecepatan lemparan atas, lemparan bawah, dan lemparan
samping. Serta untuk nilai sig akurasi lemparan yaitu 0.003 < 0.05 maka H1
ditolak. Maka terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara akurasi lemparan atas,
lemparan bawah, dan lemparan samping dan lemparan atas lebih baik. Oleh
karena itu penulis memberikan saran kepada Pembina, pelatih dan pemain untuk
melatih dan memakai lemparan atas, lemparan bawah, dan lemparan samping
tersebut secara merata pada program latihan yang dilakukan agar dapat
menguasainya dengan baik. ---------- The purpose of this study was to determine and compare the levels of speed and
accuracy on throws, tosses and throws down the side. Data collection methods
used were descriptive, with the testing techniques menlempar capabilities. The
sampling technique sampling saturated the male members softball team SMAN 4
Cimahi with a sample that is all male athlete who totaled 15 people. The
instrument used is the speed gun and test the accuracy of the throw. The results
were analyzed with statistical test one way ANOVA using SPSS Software 21.
From the data analysis speed throws sig is 0:00 <0.05, then Ho is rejected. Then
there is a significant difference between the speed of the throw up, throw down,
and throws aside. As well as to sig-throw accuracy is 0.003 <0.05 then H1 is
rejected. Then there is a significant difference between the accuracy of the throw
up, throw down, and throw on the side and throw better. Therefore, the authors
give advice to coaches, trainers and players to train and put on the top throw,
throw down, and toss evenly on the side of the training program carried out in
order to master it well.
