Abstract

Identifikasi panasbumi menggunakan metode gayaberat berada di daerah Kuningan, Jawa Barat. Data geologi regional daerah penelitian menunjukkan adanya air panas yang muncul ke permukaan, sehingga untuk tujuan identifikasi adanya prospek panasbumi perlu dilakukan survey eksplorasi geofisika di daerah penelitian. Survey eksplorasi geofisika melalui metode gayaberat menghasilkan nilai anomali bouguer lengkap yang telah dilakukan koreksi. Kemudian hasil pengolahan data diplot menjadi peta kontur anomali bouguer dan akan dijadikan acuan dalam pembuatan model. Berdasarkan hasil pemodelan, Pada model lintasan A-A’ diidentifikasi adanya sistem penyusun panasbumi berupa batuan penutup (cap rocks) dengan nilai densitas sebesar 2,2 gr/cc, reservoir panasbumi dengan nilai densitas sebesar 2,65 gr/cc, sesar naik dan sesar turun. Sedangkan pada model lintasan R-R’ diidentifikasi adanya batuan penutup (cap rocks) dengan nilai densitas 2,25 gr/cc, reservoir panasbumi dengan nilai densitas sebesar 2,65 gr/cc, sesar naik dan sesar turun.----------Geothermal identification using gravity methods in the area of Kuningan, West Java. Regional geological data of the study area indicates that the hot water come to the surface, so the prospects for identification purposes geothermal exploration necessary geophysical surveys in the study area. Geophysical exploration surveys using gravity method in the study area produce a complete Bouguer anomaly values that have made the correction. Then the data processing plotted into bouguer anomaly contour map and will be used as reference for modeling. In the model line A-A' identified the constituent geothermal system in the form of cap rocks with a density value 2.2 gr/cc, the geothermal reservoir with a density value 2.65 gr/cc, thrust faults and normal fault. While in the model line R-R’identified the cap rocks with a density value 2.25 gr/cc, the geothermal reservoir with the density value 2.65 gr/cc, thrust faults and normal fault.
