Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas X dan XI SMAN 21 Bandung tahun ajaran 2014-2015 yang dilihat dari hasil UAS nya tidak mencapai KKM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi berprestasi dan kemandirian belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu survey eksplanatory. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah sebanyak 148 siswa dari total populasi sebanyak 237 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu proporsional random sampling sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Adapun hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi berprestasi dan kemandirian belajar berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran ekonomi. ---------- The Effects of Achievement Motivation and Independent Learning toward Students Learning Outcomes on Economics Subject (A case on the First and Second Grade IIS Students in SMAN 21 Bandung), supervised by Dr. H. Dadang Dahlan, M.Pd. This study was based on the low learning outcomes that did not reach Minimum Criteria of Mastery Learning (KKM) on Economics subject in the first and second grade students of SMAN 21 Bandung year 2014-2015. It attempted to investigate the effects of achievement motivation and independent learning toward students learning outcomes on Economics subject. Explanatory survey was used as a method of this study. The samples were 148 out of 237 students. In addition, the sampling technique used in this study was proportional random sampling with multiple linear regression as the technique of data analysis. The finding showed that achievement motivation and independent learning had positive effects toward students learning outcomes on Economics subject.
