Abstract
Penelitian ini menganalisis teks berita Prakeputusan MKedisi 20-21Agustus 2014. Termin waktu yang digunakannya adalah Prakeputusan MK. Metode utama yang digunakan adalah metode yang berbasis pendekatan kualitatif. Peneliti mendeskripsikan penelitian ini dengan menggunakan pisau analisis wacana kritis (AWK)model analisis Norman Fairclough. Dengan beberapa perangkatnya menggunakan konsep dasar Systemic-Functional Grammar (SFG). Sementara itu, Objek atau datayang menjadi bahan penelitian adalah artikel berita dalam HUTempo dan Republika. Data yang dianalisis berjumlah enam berita dengan rincian tiga berita dari Tempodan tiga berita dari Republika. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan (1) struktur teks pemberitaan Prakeputusan MK terkait gugatan sengketa Pilpres 2014 pada HUTempo dan Republika, (2) bentuk pertarungan aktor politik pemberitaan Prakeputusan MK terkait gugatan sengketa Pilpres 2014padaHUTempo dan Republika, dan (3) cara penyajian ideologi pemberitaan Prakeputusan MK terkait gugatan sengketa Pilpres 2014 pada HUTempo dan Republika.Hasil penelitian inimenunjukkanbahwa terdapat perbedaan antara Tempo dan Republikadalam beragam aspek tersebut. Secara umum, Tempo lebih cenderungberpihak pada KPU dan kubu Jokowi-JK, sedangkan Republika cenderung berpihak kepada kubu Prabowo-Hatta. ---------- The present study seeks to analyze the news text s of Constitution Court’s pra-decision on August 20th to 21st 2014. Data were obtained by doing documentation and they consist of six articles in which three articles from Tempo and three articles from Republika. Data were analyzed qualitatively by applying Norman Fairclough’s model analysis of Critical Discorse Analysis (CDA) combined with some basic concepts of Systemic-FunctionalGrammar (SFG) as the analysis realization of thematic, transitivity, passivation, and nominalization terms. By applying these methods, the study aims to describe (1) text structure of Constitution Court’s pra-decision related to accusation of president election’s lawsuit 2014 on Tempo dan Republika, (2) the rivalry of political actors on the news of Constitution Court’s pra-decision related to accusation of president election’s lawsuit 2014 on Tempo dan Republika, and (3) the representation of ideology on the news of Constitution Court’s pra-decision related to accusation of president election’s lawsuit 2014 on Tempo dan Republika. The findings show that Tempo and Republika have some differences on text structure analysis, the rivalry structure, and the ideological representation given to the readers. In general, Tempo tends to stand for KPU and Jokowi-JK’s party while Republika tends to stand for Prabowo-Hatta’s party.
