Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Negeri Pandeglang pada prodi keahlian otomotif yang baru melaksanakan Kurikulum 2013. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh kesiapan guru pada aspek persepsi, keterampilan dan aspek pengetahuan terhadap pencapaian hasil belajar dalam implementasi Kurikulum 2013, menggunakan metode deskriptip dan desain penelitian kuantitatif korelasional. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan perhitungan statistik diperoleh (1) Kesiapan guru pada aspek persepsi (X1) baik, (2) Kesiapan guru pada aspek keterampilan (X2) baik, (3) Kesiapan guru pada aspek pengetahuan yang dipelajari (X3) baik, (4) Pencapaian hasil belajar dalam implementasi Kurikulum 2013 (Y) sangat baik, (5) Tidak terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan kesiapan guru pada aspek persepsi terhadap pencapaian hasil belajar, (6) Terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan kesiapan guru pada aspek keterampilan terhadap pencapaian hasil belajar, (7) Terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan kesiapan guru pada aspek pengetahuan terhadap pencapaian hasil belajar, (8) Terdapat Pengaruh positif yang signifikan kesiapan pada aspek persepsi (X1), kesiapan pada aspek keterampilan (X2) dan pada aspek pengetahuan (X3) terhadap pencapaian hasil belajar dalam implementasi Kurikulum 2013 (Y). Kesimpulan bahwa kesiapan guru dalam mengimplementasikan Kurikulum 2013 terhadap pencapaian hasil belajar adalah baik ---------- This study was conducted at Vocational High School of Pandeglang Banten and especially for automotive program, which implemented of the Curriculum 2013. This study is conducted to determine the influence readiness of teacher in aspect perception, skill and knowledge to achievement of learning result implementation the Curriculum 2013, Use of descriptive method and correlational quantitative design study. The result of data analysis statistic showed that, (1) there is influence readiness of teacher for aspect perception (X1) is good, (2) influence readiness of teacher for aspect skill (X2) is good, (3) influence readiness of teacher for aspect knowledge (X3) is very good, (4) the achievement of learning result in implementation the Curriculum 2013 (Y) is good, (5) There isn’t positive influence readiness of teacher for aspect perception to achievement of learning result, (6) There is positive influence readiness of teacher for aspect skill to achievement of learning result, (7) There is positive influence readiness of teacher for aspect knowledge to achievement of learning result, (8) There are positive influence readiness of teacher for aspect perception (X1), skill (X2), and knowledge (X3) to achievement of learning result (Y).
