Abstract

Diva Cake and Cookies adalahsalahsatuindustrirumahan di KabupatenSumedang yang menyediakanprodukmakanansepertikuedan roti.Adapunmasalah yang sedangdihadapioleh Diva Cake and Cookies adalahnaikturunnya volume penjualansertapengelolaanusaha yang masihsederhana, halinimembuatpentingnyastrategipengembanganbisnis yang tepatuntuk Diva Cake and Cookies.tujuandaripenelitianiniyaituuntukmenganalisisfaktorlingkungan internal danlingkunganeksternal yang dapatmempengaruhipengembanganbisnis di Diva Cake and Cookies ini. Metode yang digunakandalampenelitianiniadalahmetodedeskriptifanalisisyaituuntukmendapatkangambaranmengenailingkunganperusahaanbaikfaktor internal yaitukekuatandankelemahan yang dimilikimaupunfaktoreksternal yang merupakanpeluangdanancamanbagi Diva Cake and Cookies.Data yang diperolehdariperusahaankemudian di analisisdenganmenggunakamatriks IFAS, matriks EFAS, IE, matriks SWOT dan QSPM.Penentuanurutanproritasstrategi yang menggunakn QSPM menghasilkansembilanstrategi yang dapatditerapkanoleh Diva Cake and Cookies danstrategiutamauntuk Diva Cake and Cookies yaitudenganmempertahankankualitasproduk. Kata kunci: strategi pengembangan bisnis ,matriks SWOT Diva Cake and Cookies is one of the home industry in Sumedang that provide food products such as cakes and bakery. There are some trouble that faced nowadays bu Diva Cake and Cookies is the rise and fall of volume of sales and business management are still modest, this make the right business development strategis in Diva Cake and Cookies becomes important. The goal from this research to analyze the internal and external factors which could affect the development of business in Diva Cake and Cookies. The method that use in this research is descriptive analysis method is to get describing about information on the corporate environment both internal factors are the strengths and weaknesess or external factors are the opportunities and threats for Diva Cake and Cookies. Data obtained from corporate then analyzed using matriks IFAS, matriks EFAS, IE, SWOT matriks and QSPM. Determining the order of priority strategies that use QSPM resulted nine strategies that can be applied by Diva Cake and Cookies and main strategy for Diva Cake and Cookies is to maintaining the quality of the product.
