Abstract

Layanan rehabilitasi vokasional di Sekolah khusus melalui mata pelajaran vokasional atau program khusus rehabilitasi vokasional adalah salah satu layanan yang diberikan untuk mewujudkan tujuan pendidikan bagi tunadaksa yang salah satu nya mempersiapkan masa depan siswa. Selama ini pelaksanaan nya mengalami kendala dimana produk (hasil belajar) kurang beragam, nilai jual rendah, dan sulit bersaing dengan produk buatan orang lain pada umumnya, sehingga memerlukan gambaran layanan vokasional lainnya yang memungkinkan dikerjakan oleh siswa tunadaksa. Penelitian ini dilakukan dilembaga pusat penyelenggara rehabilitasi vokasional bagi disabilitas yakni NVRC Cibinong, Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat menggambarkan layanan vokasional komputer bagi tunadaksa sehingga dapat menjadi referensi bagi sekolah khusus dalam memberikan layanan vokasional bagi tunadaksa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pada proses perencanaan jurusan komputer bagi tunadaksa terdapat beberapa aspek yang direncanakan meliputi penyiapan siswa atau perekrutan. selama ini hanya siswa dengan tipe ketunadaksaan seperti cerebral palsy, amputy, spina bifida, dan polio yang dapat diberikan layanan vokasional komputer, menyiapkan kurikulum, materi, dan alat atau media yang penyusunannya berdasarkan Standar Kompetensi Kerja Nasional Indonesia (SKKNI). Pada proses pelaksanaan yakni meliputi tahap sosialisasi, case conference, penerimaan siswa, pemberian latihan vokasional dasar operator, programer dan Computer technical system (CTS), magang di industri, penempatan kerja atau self-employed. Pada proses evaluasi dilakukan penilaian akhir pembelajaran meliputi ujian tertulis dan praktek yang di uji oleh pihak internal dan eksternal lembaga dengan menggunakan penilaian hasil belajar berbasis kompetensi (competency based asesment). Proses follow up layanan vokasional dilakukan melalui kegiatan magang di industri, penempatan kerja atau wiraswasta/mandiri/self-employed. Kata Kunci: Rehabilitasi, Vokasional, Komputer, Tunadaksa. Vocational rehabilitation services in special schools through vocational subjects or special program of vocational rehabilitation is one of the services provided to realize the goal of education for the disabled, one of which prepare the student’s future. During the time this implementation is experiencing problems such as less diverse of the product (learning outcomes), low sale value, and it is difficult to compete with products made by other people, so it requires overview of other vocational service that possibly done by disabled students. This research conducted at NVRC Cibinong, the institution center organizing vocational rehabilitation for disability person. Through qualitative approach with descriptive method this research expected to describe the computer vocational service for student with physical disability, so it can serve as reference for the special schools in providing vocational services for student with physical disability. Based on the result of this research, in planning process of computer class for student with physical disability, there are several aspects planned include student recruitment. During this time only student with disability type such as cerebral palsy, amputy, spina bifida and polio which can be given computer vocational services, preparing curriculum, materials and tools or media based on National Standards of Work Competence Indonesia (SKKNI). The implementation process includes socialization stage, case conference, student admissions, giving the operator basic vocational training, programmer and computer technical system (CTS), trainee in industry field, work placement or self-employed. In evaluation process there are final evaluation learning includes a written exam and practice tested by the internal and external institution using competency based asesment of learning outcomes.
