Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perilaku prososial yang dilakukan oleh relawan di organisasi Kelompok Bakti Sosial Pengusaha (KBSP) Bandung ditinjau dari pandangan relawan mengenai perilaku prososial, faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi, motivasi, dan aspek-aspek perilaku prososial. Perilaku prososial adalah tindakan yang membantu atau dirancang membantu orang lain, terlepas dari motif si penolong. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Subjek penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah 2 orang relawan KBSP yang berusia lebih dari 50 tahun dan bergabung aktif kurang lebih 5 tahun terakhir. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan teknik wawancara, pengamatan, dan pengumpulan dokumentasi sebagi data penguat. Data divalidasi dengan teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah perilaku prososial relawan yang menunjukan bahwa kedua subjek memiliki pandangan mengenai perilaku prososial meninjau dari perspektif norma sosial yaitu tanggung jawab, dan perspektif belajar. Faktor yang mempengaruhi kedua subjek dalam melakukan perilaku prososial diantaranya faktor yang berasal dari luar seperti lingkungan, adanya penolong lain, tekanan waktu, dan kondisi orang yang ditolong. Adapun faktor yang berpengaruh dari dalam diri penolong seperti empati, suasana hati yang baik, rasa bersalah, dan pengamalan nilai agama. Motivasi kedua subjek adalah untuk pengamalan moral, dan aspek yang ditonjolkan kedua subjek meliputi kerjasama, bersikap jujur, berderma, berbagi, dan memikirkan kesejahtaraan orang lain. Rekomendasi dari hasil penelitian ini, kedua subjek diharapkan tetap mempertahankan kegiatan sosial meskipun dengan usia yang mulai lanjut dan dalam jangka waktu yang panjang dengan adanya ketulusan, kerjasama, dan juga tanpa pamrih serta dapat mempertahankan perilaku prososial dan dapat meneruskan pada generasi selanjutnya. Kata kunci : prososial, relawan This study aims to determine the prosocial behaviors conducted by Kelompok Bakti Sosial Pengusaha (KBSP) Bandung in terms of the views of volunteers on prosocial behavior, the factors that affectmotivation, and aspects of prosocial behavior. Prosocial behavior is as measures designed to help or help others, regardless of the helper’s motif. This study used a qualitative approach with case study design. Research subjects in this study were two KBSP volunteers over the age of 50 years and joined actively for last 5 years in KBSP. Data were collected by interview, observation, documentation and collection of data as a booster. Data is validated by triangulation techniques. The results showed that prosocial behavior of two subjects have a perspective of prosocial behavior seen of social norm perspective, responsibility norm, and learning perspective. Factors which affect of external subjects like situational, other bystander, time preasure, condition of peoples who helped. and factor which affect of internal subjects like empaty, good mood, personal distress, and religious of them. The subjects motivation are integrity moral. Aspects of prosocial behavior of both, this is cooperating, honesty, sharing, donating, and think of welfare other people. Suggestions from the results of this study, two subjects are expected to maintain the social activities, despite the age of them are getting old, and in the long term with their sincerity, cooperation and without reward also to maintain prosocial behavior can continue to the next generation.
