Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dari permasalahan ketika masih digunakannya sistem manual di dalam mengolah data/informasi keuangan yang menyebabkan efektivitas kerja pegawai di Dinas Kota Bandung dirasa kurang optimal. Dengan adanya masalah penelitian yang dirumuskan sebagai berikut: 1)Bagaimana penggunaan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Daerah (SIMDA) Keuangan di Dinas Pendidikan Kota Bandung, 2)Bagaimana efektivitas kerja pegawai di Dinas Pendidikan Kota Bandung, 3)Seberapa besar kontribusi penggunaan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Daerah (SIMDA) Keuangan terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai di Dinas Pendidikan Kota Bandung. Secara umum penelitian ini untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai kontribusi penggunaan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Daerah (SIMDA) Keuangan terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai di Dinas Pendidikan Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif serta di dalam proses pengumpulan datanya digunakan angket tertutup terhadap pegawai yang mengoperasikan SIMDA keuangan secara langsung terdiri dari sub bag keuangan,bidang pendidikan SD/MI, bidang SMP/MTS, bidang SMA/SMK, PPTK , dan bidang pendidikan formal/informal dengan jumlah populasi yang dijadikan sekaligus sampel berjumlah 32 responden. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data diperoleh hasil untuk variabel X (penggunaan SIMDA keuangan)termasuk kedalam kategori sangat baik. Sedangkan untuk variabel Y (efektivitas kerja pegawai) dikategorikan sangat kuat. Untuk harga dari koefisien korelasi diperoleh kategori cukup kuat. Nilai yang diperoleh dari koefisien determinasi variabel X dan Y sebesar 20,6%. Sedangkan untuk uji linear regresi diperoleh nilai persamaan yaitu Y= 27,77+0,447X yang berarti Jika tidak ada kontribusi penggunaan SIMDA Keuangan maka besarnya nilai efektivitas Kerja pegawai adalah sebesar 27,77. Jika koefisien regresi X yaitu, penggunaan SIMDA Keuangan sebesar 0,447 dapat dikatakan bahwa, setiap menggunakan SIMDA keuangan mengakibatkan efektivitas kerja sebesar 0,447. Rekomendasi dalam penelitian ini adalah lembaga melakukan pembinaan secara berkelanjutan untuk sumber daya manusia yang menggunakan SIMDA keuangan bekerjasama dengan BPKP, misalnya dengan mengadakan diklat yang berlangsung secara rutin. This research is motivated from the problem when it was used in the manual system of data processing / information that led to the financial effectiveness of the employee in the Office of the city of Bandung is less optimal. With the research problem is formulated as follows: 1) How does the use of Regional Management Information System (SIMDA) Finance in Bandung City Department of Education, 2) How employee effectiveness in Bandung City Department of Education, 3) How big is the contribution of the use of Regional Management Information System ( SIMDA) Finance of the effectiveness of employees working in Bandung City Department of Education. In general this research to gain an overview of the contribution of the use of Regional Management Information System (SIMDA) Finance to employee effectiveness in Bandung City Department of Education. This research was conducted using the method of quantitative and descriptive approach in the process of data collection used a closed questionnaire to employees who operate direct financial SIMDA sub bag consists of financial, educational Primary School / Junior High field / MTS, the field of SMA / SMK, PPTK, and formal education / informal to be used as well as the population sample was 32 respondents. Based on the results of data processing results obtained for variable X (the use of financial SIMDA) included into the excellent category. As for the variable Y (employee effectiveness) categorized as very strong. For the price of the correlation coefficient obtained strong enough category. Values obtained from the coefficient of determination variables X and Y of 20.6%. As for the test of linear regression equations obtained value is Y = 27.77 +0.447 X which means if there is no financial contribution SIMDA then use the value of employee work effectiveness is equal to 27.77. If the regression coefficient of X, the use of 0.447 SIMDA Financial can be said that, each using financial SIMDA resulting effectiveness of 0.447. Recommendation in this research is fostering sustainable institutions for human resource that uses financial SIMDA cooperation with BPK, for example by holding regular ongoing training.
