Abstract

Tesis ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fakta bahwa terdapat aspek psikologis Si Kabayan yang perlu dijelaskan dalam naskah gending karesmen. Kabayan tidak serta merta mempunyai karakter yang khas, kalau tidak ada tokoh lainnya. Tujuan utama dalam penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan nilai pendidikan karakter yang ada dalam naskah ini. Dalam penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan teknik dokumentasi dan analisis unsur langsung untuk mendeskripsikan struktur sastra, yang meliputi struktur naratif, struktur dramatik, dan sastra lagu, serta aspek psikosastra dalam naskah gending karesmen Si Kabayan jeung Raja Jimbul. Hasil penelitian ini meliputi tiga hal, pertama, struktur naratif yang meliputi téma, téma dalam naskah ini adalah kedaulatan rakyat, lalu fakta cerita meliputi tokoh yang berjumlah 7 tokoh, latar yang berjumlah dua latar, serta alur yang dipakai adalah alur maju. Sarana sastra dalam naskah ini meliputi gaya basa yang berjumlah 8 gaya basa, serta sudut pandang yang dipakai adalah sudut pandang orang ketiga. Kedua, struktur dramatik meliputi prolog yang dicantumkan dalam naskah ini, dialognya berjumlah 182 dialog, tidak terdapat babak, hanya adegan yang berjumlah 12 adegan, wawancang dalam naskah ini sebanyak 22 wawancang, lalu terdapat 1 solilokui, serta tidak ditemukan epilog dan aside. Sastra lagu yang terdapat dalam naskah ini sebanyak 3 bentuk. Ketiga, yaitu kajian terhadap aspek psikosastra yang meliputi aspek kebutuhan rasa aman jumlahnya 12, aspek kebutuhan memiliki-dimiliki jumlahnya 2, aspek kebutuhan fisiologis jumlahnya 7, kebutuhan terhadap penghargaan jumlahnya 6, dan kebutuhan aktualisasi diri jumlahnya 5. Setelah melalui pengkajian aspek struktur dan psikosastra, nilai pendidikan karakter yang terdapat dalam naskah ini sebanyak 12 nilai. This thesis is motivated by the fact that there is a psychological aspect the/si Kabayan that need to be explained in the text gending karesmen. Kabayan does not necessarily have a distinctive character, if there is no other figure. The main objective in this study to describe the character of the existing educational value in this text. In this study, the method used is descriptive method with documentation and analysis directly to describe the elements of literary structure, which includes the structure of the narrative, dramatic structure, and literary songs, as well as aspects of the gending karesmen psycho literature in “Si Kabayan jeung Raja Jimbul”. The results of this study include three things: first, a narrative structure that includes the theme, the theme in this manuscript is the sovereignty of the people, and the fact that the story includes the figure amounted to 7 figures, which amounted to two background setting, and plot used is advanced groove. Literary devices in this manuscript include base numbering style 8 style bases, as well as the viewpoint that is used is a third-person perspective. Second, dramatic structure includes a prologue set forth in this text, dialogue totaled 182 dialogue, there are round, only amounted to 12 scene scene, wawancang in this manuscript were 22 wawancang, then there is one soliloquy, and not found the epilogue and aside. Literary songs contained in this manuscript as much as 3 forms. Third, the study of aspects psycho literature covering aspects of safety needs in number 12, has a need-owned aspects number 2, number 7 aspects of physiological needs, the needs of the award number 6, and self-actualization needs in number 5. After assessment aspects of the structure and psycho literature , the value of character education contained in this manuscript as much as 12 value.
