Abstract
The background from this research is condition of guidance and counseling at university that hasn’t optimal. This research aimed to find out the effectiveness of career guidance program to enhance career identity of college students. Quantitative-qualitative approach was used in this research. Research and development design to evaluate the effectivity of intervention used one group pretest-posttest design. Research conducted in accountant major by taking students from first year (2013/2014) as research participants using purposive sampling technique. Data was collected by using career identity scale. Research results indicated that career guidance program empirically effective to enhance career identity college student.
