    Abstract

    Makalah ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi seberapa besar pengaruh praktik industri terhadap kesiapan lulusan Departemen Pendidikan Teknik Elektro Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia yang merupakan calon guru untuk mengajar di SMK. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode deksriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hipotesis penelitian ini yaitu “Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara Pengalaman Praktik Industri terhadap Kesiapan Mengajar Calon Guru SMK” diterima. Hal tersebut diperoleh dari hasil uji korelasi yang berada pada rentan berkorelasi cukup kuat.
    Kata kunci: Praktik Industri, Kesiapan Mengajar.

    This paper is made to identify how much industry practices affect on the readiness of graduates Department of Electrical Engineering Indonesia University of Education who are prospective teachers to teach in vocational school. The method used is descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The hypothesis in this study is "There is a positive and significant effect between Industrial Practice Experience of Prospective Teachers Teaching Vocational Readiness" acceptable. This is obtained from the correlation test results are in susceptible correlated strong enough.
