    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) berbasis etnosains yang mengangkat kerajinan anyam Rajapolah sebagai konteks budaya lokal dalam pembelajaran IPA di sekolah dasar. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah masih terbatasnya bahan ajar kontekstual yang mengintegrasikan kearifan lokal dengan konsep sains, sehingga pembelajaran cenderung abstrak dan kurang bermakna bagi peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Design-Based Research (DBR) dengan tahapan analisis kebutuhan, desain, uji coba, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas IV di SDN Cibungbun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa LKPD yang dikembangkan telah memenuhi kriteria validitas berdasarkan penilaian ahli, praktis berdasarkan tanggapan guru dan peserta didik, serta efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar. LKPD ini juga berhasil mengintegrasikan unsur-unsur etnosains seperti praktik tradisional, pemanfaatan sumber daya alam, dan nilai-nilai budaya Rajapolah. Dengan demikian, LKPD berbasis etnosains ini layak digunakan sebagai bahan ajar alternatif untuk memperkuat keterkaitan antara ilmu pengetahuan dan budaya lokal dalam pembelajaran IPA di sekolah dasar. This study aims to develop an ethnoscience-based Student Worksheet (LKPD) that incorporates Rajapolah woven crafts as a local cultural context in science learning at the elementary school level. The background of this research stems from the limited availability of contextual teaching materials that integrate local wisdom with scientific concepts, resulting in learning experiences that tend to be abstract and less meaningful for students. The research employed the Design-Based Research (DBR) method, involving the stages of needs analysis, design, implementation, and reflection. The research subjects were fourth-grade students at SDN Cibungbun. The results showed that the developed LKPD met the criteria of validity as evaluated by experts, practicality based on responses from teachers and students, and effectiveness in improving student learning outcomes. Furthermore, the LKPD successfully integrated ethnoscientific elements such as traditional practices, the use of natural resources, and cultural values from Rajapolah. Therefore, this ethnoscience-based LKPD is deemed suitable for use as an alternative teaching material to strengthen the connection between science and local culture in elementary school science education.
