Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji validitas dan reliabilitas model pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani dan olahraga dengan prinsip MAGER yang dikembangkan untuk meningkatkan performa, partisipasi, dan pengembangan personal siswa (3Ps). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan dengan desain ADDIE. Partisipan penelitian terdiri dari kelompok siswa sekolah dasar, dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan studi bibliometrik. Instrumen pengukuran disesuaikan dengan masing-masing aspek, yaitu MOBAK-5 untuk performa motorik, PACES untuk partisipasi, dan YSVQ-2 untuk pengembangan personal. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif, bibliometrik, dan melalui berbagai uji validitas serta reliabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran Pendidikan jasmani dengan prinsip MAGER memiliki tingkat validitas dan reliabilitas yang tinggi, baik berdasarkan penilaian ahli maupun uji konstruk statistik. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa 23 tugas kinerja yang dikembangkan dalam prinsip MAGER layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani. Secara konseptual, MAGER dapat dipandang sebagai alternatif pembelajaran yang bersifat holistik karena tidak hanya menekankan keterampilan motorik, tetapi juga mendorong partisipasi aktif, meningkatkan performa fisik, serta memperkuat nilai-nilai personal siswa dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. This study aims to test the validity and reliability of a physical education and sports learning model based on the MAGER principle, which was developed to improve student performance, participation, and personal development (3Ps). The research method used was research and development with an ADDIE design. The research participants consisted of a group of elementary school students, with data collected through questionnaires and bibliometric studies. The measurement instruments were tailored to each aspect, namely MOBAK-5 for motor performance, PACES for participation, and YSVQ-2 for personal development. Data analysis was conducted descriptively, bibliometrically, and through various validity and reliability tests. The results showed that the MAGER-based physical education learning model had high validity and reliability, based on both expert assessment and statistical construct testing. These findings confirm that the 23 performance tasks developed in the MAGER principle are suitable for use in physical education learning. Conceptually, MAGER can be seen as a holistic learning alternative because it not only emphasises motor skills but also encourages active participation, improves physical performance, and strengthens students' personal values in their daily lives.
